Goodbye cycle-ginity was created by Heretic47
Hey guys

Just entering my 3rd week in my first cycle, so it's a little late.

Thought I'd do this to keep focused. Train hard, train harder right?

Doing 500mg test cyp for 12 week's and dianabol for week the first 4.

My stats are:
age: 26
weight: 83.4
height: 1.71m
fat: 17.5 according to that V.A machine

My starting weight was 78.6 kilos and bf was 16.7.

Will upload some pics when I'm at the pc again

Thanks guys. Any and all input is welcome.

@von. I'm keeping track of my calories. only pushing them up by 300-400 above maintenance.

@dj. haven't been putting emphasis on for a long time now but gave them their own day again.

Think I need to concentrate on lats a bit more. Feel like their lagging.

Will try and post pics of my legs tomo.

you have a nice base to start. looking fwd to the progress pics. what does your diet and cardio look like while on your cycle? what frequency and volume are you hitting each b/p p/w?

have your changed your workout since you started your cycle?

good luck

Thanks bro

When training I use a 2 days on, 1 day off cycle. My split for now is:
D1: chest
D2: back
D3: hams
D4: shoulders
D5: arms

Reason for excluding quads was to give the hams time to catch up. Will be adding them in 2-3 weeks again though.

Normally do between 2-4 working sets. Rep ranges also vary.

As for calories and cardio, I only pushed them 300-400 above maintenance. Will track fat levels to see what to alter

yes

regz wrote: how many exercises for big and small muscle groups you doing?

it depends. On back and shoulders do 4-5 movements. Reps are 8-15. 3-4 sets. If I haven't failed by the rep range I was aiming for, I do a few extra.

Chest I prefer to go heavier. I rep between 6-10. 3-4 movements. last is an isolation. reps are higher here.

On legs I keep between 12 and 20.

Small groups I do 3-4 sets, 3-4 exercises. Reps are 8-15

Quick question:

Since it's my first cycle, should i drop the letro for now and see how prone i am to sides?

Hey Eidolon

I'm treating this as my before shot. Not much size increase yet, just lost some definition from the water.

On a different note, the first side is a bit of acne. Nothing major though. What's a bit of pimples when it comes to big muscles. lol

Just a quick update.

I'm now halfway through week 4. Starting to notice a slight strength increase as well as endurance. weight is now 84.4 and bf has gone up to 18.4 (according to v.a. machine). Probably because I've been eating really crappy for the past week and a half.

I'm not gona lie, its been really hard eating properly with this new job. I barely get time to eat.

Hey bud good going, looks like you will yield some good gains. On a more serious note, make your meals on a Sunday, when you have the time. Even if you have to freeze and defrost the night before for the next day. Prepare for the entire week. If i don't do this, I'd defenitely be in the same boat but you have to be disciplined bud, otherwise that bf is going to get out of hand. You want the best from this cycle, you'll do what is required.

Keep it up bud and keep us posted

hey bud, thanks for the advice.

I already cook my food in advance, this isn't the problem. it's more finding the time to eat at work because we're really busy. people don't really understand that I have to eat every 3 hours.

been considering combining 2 meals and eating 4 times per day instead, just not sure how to change my macros ratios yet. maybe cut down the carbs and increase my good fats?

hey everyone. update time again

my weight remains stable at 85.2, bf went to 19%.

my strength is improving though, especially on hams so no complaints there.

measured my blood pressure in the week and it spiked from my normal 120/68 to 150/75. I got some diuretics from my lady so will add some of these and see how it goes. might also add 2 or 3 morning cardio sessions and see if it helps.

calories I'm going increase by 200-300 mostly protein though.

let's see how this goes
