I am currently 18 weeks in cjc+ipam and the results are impressive.

I used 1mcg per 1kg for about 14 weeks x 3 daily, currently only pinning once before bed. I will up the dose back to x 3 when my bridge starts in a few weeks

No it doesnt need to be timed, first thing when you wake up, 30min before workout and 10min before bed.
