MK-677 from Liquid-Pharma

On my 4th day of MK and wow... the hunger has started setting in.... feels like an uncontrollable hunger. :pinch: Does the hunger subside at all after a while?

For some after 2-3 weeks yes.

On day 3 now, hopefully I'll start feeling a difference in the next couple of days.

Off the topic question, I have read on some international forums that the guys cycle MK-677 with CJC-1295 with good results, any of you guys experimented with the 2.

Reason for the question is just curiosity!!!

Does MK have any effect on libido at all? I dunno if it's just me but been quite increased. Maybe it's just due to better sleep and therefore more efficient testosterone production.

Anecdotes and logs I've seen mostly say MK brings down libido. Perhaps maybe it depends how deep you are into your MK course?

The morning of day 4 and the hunger feeling has set in, it started around 04h30 this morning, not much has changed in my sleeping as I generally have no problem sleeping.

Tonight will be my 6th cap, sleep was REALLY good first few nights. It's still great but not coma - like as it was initially :lol: Love the mental alertness during the day and help to maintain high intensity in the gym. Hunger has increased a bit but not hectic anymore and also noticed I take an extra minute to wake up properly in the morning. I'm up by +-1kg.

Day 7, no hunger pains, no change in sleep ext.

Do i up the dose to 30mg?

Give it 2-3weeks before you up. Are any of you guys on 15mg experiencing bloat or eater retention?

Hi has anyone trying out MK also tried it in a stack with GW? Curious to hear what the effect is on the hunger cravings and the results obtained. Cheers

No expert here. For what it's worth, my wife (50+) has been using Liquid-Pharma GW501516 and MK677 for at least the last 10 weeks, mostly to help healing the minor surgery she had, and with fitness. The orthopaedic surgeon who operated on her informed us that he had never seen a woman of my wife's age heal so quickly after this procedure. Needless to say, he did not know that she was using MK. She has no side effects.

Hi guys.

I have been on MK677 now for a month this is the start of month 2 IE week 5 15mg 11:00 every morning in a fasted state. Weight gain and water retention/bloat has only in this week started to stabilise.

Anybody tried stacking Clen and MK677? Will there be BP issues if doses are kept low? Except Clen ofcourse

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:

Growth hormone (GH) treatment decreases total body fat while this effect has not yet been documented for the oral GH secretagogue MK-677. In the present study, the effects of MK-677 treatment on serum levels of leptin, thyroid hormones and testosterone were determined.

DESIGN:

This was a randomized, double-blind, and parallel study. Twenty-four healthy obese males, 19-49 years of age, with body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2 and a waist:hip ratio > 0.95, were treated with MK-677 (25 mg/day; n = 12) or placebo (n = 12) for 8 weeks.

RESULTS:

MK-677 treatment increased serum leptin levels and leptin/body fat ratio at 2 weeks of treatment (P < 0.05 vs. placebo) but no significant change was observed at 8 weeks. An increase in serum free 3, 5, 3'-triiodothyronine (free T3) was not detected until 8 weeks of MK-677 treatment (P < 0.05 vs. placebo). Peak serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) concentration after MK-677 administration was similar to that after placebo administration at initiation of treatment and at 2 weeks. At 8 weeks of MK-677 treatment, mean peak serum TSH concentration was increased (P < 0.05 vs. placebo) although it remained within the normal range. Serum peak values of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were similar after MK-677 and placebo administration. MK-677 treatment reduced serum total testosterone (P < 0.05 vs. placebo) although total testosterone/sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) ratio (an index of free testosterone) was not changed.

CONCLUSION:

Treatment with the oral GH secretagogue MK-677 transiently increased serum leptin levels and leptin/body fat ratio at 2 weeks of treatment, and increased serum free T3 after 8 weeks. These results indicate that MK-677 treatment is able to affect circulating factors of importance for adipose tissue mass and fuel metabolism.

Thanks Pump. In plain English, would you say its worth an 8 week cycle or not?

So at least we know it won't be suppressive taken at high dose for 8weeks and that TSH improved ever so slightly.

I'm about to finish my 2nd bottle. Can I just continue it after my 2nd bottle? Can it be taken without cycling?
