I'm not looking forward to the lethargic side effect. I see Oupa says T3 helped him but I don't have any experience with T3 and don't want to mess with my Thyroid, so if it does happen to me I'll try rather ride it out and see if it gets better after a week or 2.

Couple of us using the LPMK677. If you take it at night an hour or so before you want to sleep it actually calms you down and it has helped me sleep when I usually struggle. After about 3-4 weeks of use you will find that you might wake up earlier or a couple of times at night, but you will have better quality sleep and should feel fine. Hunger is a side, it makes you hungry for the first week or two, and it can also make you have vivid dreams. If you are having lethargy sides, try taking some Ashwagandha Extra, Solal has a great product, and it compliments the MK677 very nicely

Your thyroid should restore your natural levels within a few weeks if you're prepared to ride it out, but the T3 dose Oupa suggested is not going to cause issues - it is pretty much at the same level as your normal tsh production.

if the lethargy becomes unbearable i will try the Ashwagandha Extra.

if that doesn't help how do you dose the 20mcg of T3?

I'm on my fourth day of using it. The first two days I had really broken sleep and vivid dreams. And lethargic as fuck the next day. Last night I slept like a baby in a coma and having no feelings of lethargy today. Will see how it goes the next few days but I feel like my body is starting to adjust already. I've experienced no tingling in the hands and no noticeable increase in appetite as yet.

I'm not so sure MK-677 will give you the carpel tunnel sides as actual HGH does.. not in a 1/cap dose before bed in any case?

I'm taking a cap at night before bed and then actual HGH 3-5iu's the next morning - and the only time i've had the tingling was at the high dosage actual HGH is added... but everyone is different and thats what makes it so interesting...

Based on the article would supplementing T4 while using MK677 be beneficial? MK isn't necessarily introducing exogenous GH into the body, so I'm not sure this would be the case. Thoughts?

As far as I know, T4 is just a "reserve for T3"... I'm not sure why you would use it over T3, but would love to know others opinion on this?

Mk677 causes an increase in endogenous GH, and from the comments regarding lethargy and Oupa's supplementation with T3, it would appear to have a similar impact on thyroid hormones. The article seems to refer to their role in the conversion to IGF-1, which is also the point of MK use.

I specifically referred to it as an old article because I've read some responses refuting the need for t3/t4 supplementation, particularly because the thyroid is pretty good at restoring natural levels. Similar to when t3 is used for fat loss. It's an interesting article, if nothing else :)

I'm sure both supplementation with t3 or t4 will have the same benefits to lethargy, but I have no idea if t4 provides the additional advantages that the article suggests. I know many GH users who use T4 to combat lethargy. Here's what my thyroid levels looked like on 75mcg of T4 and 6iu of pretty potent GH:

How are you experiencing the exact opposite to what is understood and reported from MK? Curious.

Interesting is that my wife is currently experiencing the exact side effects of extreme fatigue, but T3 is NOT solving her issues.
