No, the beta-sleep only works with the Clen. The aspirin is kind of addictive so you might develop a tendency and get some slight withdrawal symptoms. Also the caffeine will stop with its main effects long before 8 weeks.
That is interesting and something I never knew.
Does this apply to White Willow Bark as well and what sort of withdrawal effects would one usually get?
Also for interest sake and since there is a lot of BS which goes around regarding supplements and so forth, I heard that ECY (Ephedrine, Caffeine & Yohimbine) is a dangerous combination and that it is not recommended? I am not too sure why but it was just something I stumbled upon when doing a bit of Google research.

White Willow Bark is wannabee Yohimbine, not related to Aspirin.

So bad for stomach as in it can cause stomach ulcers and eat away at your stomach lining or messes up digestion and causes your body to not take in nutrients as well? Orrr?
Also I am pretty sure White Willow Bark is related to Aspirin...
*Googles*
Willow bark acts a lot like aspirin, so it is used for pain, including headache, muscle pain, menstrual cramps, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis, gout, and a disease of the spine called ankylosing spondylitis.
The main chemical that gives willow bark its therapeutic effects is salicin. Experts believe that when the body processes salicin, it turns it into salicylic acid, which is the chemical precursor to aspirin. In 1928, European chemists figured out how to extract salicin and turn it into salicylic acid. It became popular as a pain reliever and fever reducer, and was then modified to become acetylsalicylic acid, or aspirin.

Anyways, this is the clen thread. I think we are getting a bit off topic now.
Sorry.

About the White Willow Bark, my bad. I just knew about it's connection to Yoh. Not trying to give bad information to you or trying to get you addicted. No need for the beefy comment though. Honest mistake.

99% of what you read on the Internet is just an opinion so don't just believe anything from a Google search. ECY is absolutely fantastic and is a milder version of CCY (Clen + Caf + Yoh) which is the ultimate.

IMO adding it to FFF or taking your FFF with Y is asking for trouble. Especialy people with high BMI and Body Fat. We are more prone to High Blood Pressure problems as well as Heart Issues.
That said. FFF is out of your system after 8hours.
Good diet and excersise and FFF is all most will ever need to get you past your sticking point. Great Product good qaulity herbal extracts hence the potency and effectiveness of the product. Also the Warning to not combine with other fatburning/stimulatory supplements.
It is on you. It always has been...

If it came across as beefy I am sorry, was not my intention!

Thanks for the info on the aspirin.

Speaking of clen and Yohimbine, what sort of dosage is generally recommended when combining the two?
I heard that in terms of Yohimbine dosage 0.2mg per KG of weight. So someone who weights 50KG will take 10mg and someone who is 100KG will be using 20mg?
Does that sound about right? Would you want to build up to that dose with Yohimbine if you are on clen?
Would it be most beneficial to wait until you reach your clen max dose before adding some yohimbine into the mix?

Your Yoh dosages are correct, well at least according to the old rule I know.
About the combination of the 2, I don't do Yohimbine without Clen/ Albuterol. I've no adverse reaction if I take them in combination. But then again I always do the equivalent of 120mcg Clen with 50mg Yohimbine.

Maybe I'll make a Yohimbine General thread were we can discuss it without intruding on the Clenbuterol thread. Recent research into Yohimbine with unexpected results. I'll share later this evening.

Managed to source some Adco-Zetofen and have Betasleep as well.
Would much rather take the Zetofen as opposed to the betasleep, however if I take the zetofen and struggle to sleep and then decide to take some betasleep would it be alright or would it be advised to go for a different sleeping pill?

On a sideline, I've recently (few weeks) started taking GABA with Betasleep. Sleep like a champion.

Why is there a difference recommended max dosage for men vs women? Is it due to the fact that women generally have a higher resting heart rate or is it due to the fact that women are often smaller than men?
If due to being smaller, would a small male then also be recommended to rather stop after hitting 80mcg?

Because woman can't handle the heat!
Kidding bra, no offence meant to girls. Huessing same reason all stims and thermogenics are applied that way, it's a safer dose. For Yohimbine it makes sense though, since ladies physically have more of the receptors that it acts on.

Yeah, sure it is a safer dose however why recommend not going over 80mcg where as men can go for a higher dose which is less safe - an extra 40mcg?
For Yohimbine perhaps that makes sense, although with Clen?
