Please share your experience regarding high liver enzymes.. Should i be concerned at the moment, as per my bloods?

Spazzz try choline and inositol , alot of people use it fror non-alcoholic fatty liver so it might help.

generally its recommended to take 3000mg for 30 days, but maybe start on half that

Im throwing in some primo at 400mg pw as soon as i get my stock! I also started my HCG at 500iu pw, as my balls almost disappeared during my 1st cycle

I have my daily supplements (cals,vit c, mag, zinc, omega 3,6, liver support)
Pre workout i use Bullnox, and BCAA during training and some extra creatine mono
Diet is also spot on!
Will do my bloods in the middle of my cycle, and also after pct

For interest sake, how do u guys take your essentiale extreme dosage. The pack says 2tabs 3x daily. Is this sufficient for liver support?

Nipples little bit sensitive sive the weekend, but it come and goes. Would you recommend taking more proviron, or introduce the adex?

Proviron won't help much. Give it till Sunday and leave your titties the hell alone- if it's still there then we proceed with Adex.

In week 10 of my cycle below: Got some nice gains and I feel great. Will post some pics soon on my journey in the last year....

Week 1 – 12 = Test E @ 500mg weekly
Week 3 - 12 = Primobolan depot @400mg per week
Week 1 – 18 = Proviron @40mg ED
Week 1 – 6 = Tbol Kickstart @ 40mg ED
Week 13 – 18 = Anavar at 60mg ED
Week 19 - 23 = PCT 1 as per the sample cycles
HCG from week 1 @ 500ui weekly

Questions:

1 - I would love to extend my Test E for some more weeks, is this advisable?
2 - I want to drop the Anavar, as I struggle with high liver enzymes, what can you recommend as replacement?
3 - Can I use the Primo as bridge till PCT starts, if this is an option on question no 2 above?

Hi bud.

Shire you can extend the test E but not really past 16weeks it is going to suppress you more and make recovery harder.
It is not advised to run a compound without a test base so you might have difficulty using the Primo depot as a bridge why not bridge out on Proviron...

Thx Rooi Bul - kinda though that would be the recommendation i want to up my primo for the next next 6 weeks then, would you asvise this? And what dosage?

Its your first time on Primo so don't go over 600mg. That said Primo is generally well tolerated up to 800mg. I am sure Oupa and 00Pump can better advise on this

600mg Primo is more than you'll ever need.

Bridge with Proviron only?

I want to try and get away from the anavar as im still concerned about my liver enzymes. If u have a recommendation what to take instead of anavar for my bridge, it would be highly appreciated!! I wanted to keep the test and primo going till week 16, and then start with my bridge.

No anavar & Proviron is a solid bridge

You said this, so i red you will bridge with Proviron only... but in your main post you had anavar.

The thing is i wanted to leave the anavar, as im concerned about my liver enzymes. So then only bridge with Proviron, and wanted to check if this will be ok?

Anavar is mild on the system, a few drinks do more damage

Jys nie n klein oukie nie, so ek stel voor 60mg minimum vir 5 weke, maar 80mg is die sweet spot vir 5weke. 40mg is regtig tyd mors.
