You know you can either throw the hCG into the PCT because you using aromasin or there is no harm in running the hCG for a week or two and then start PCT. When I structured my PCT in that manner I would usually pickup a kg or so and increase strength and then the move to the Nolva, etc goes quite smoothly.

Maybe others have a different view point, my reasoning has no scientific evidence it's the best method, but I do know my body well and know it quite liked that approach.

Could it also be advised to follow the PCT 3 exactly as per the sample section? I would then just do the clomid at 50mg x weeks, and then start the rest? I guess thats basically one of the options u gave me, i just want to make 100% sure

Urgent help please guys!!

I was supposed to start with my pct 3 on Sunday, but around the afternoon i had severe back pain like i never experienced before and it was so bad that my gf took me to ER. I was put on drip, urine and blood tests done and CT scan. Scan didnt pick up any abnormalities, but my creatinine levels were 123 (59-104umol/L), and my biliruben levels were all almost 3x the prescribed levels! Going back to the doc today to see whats going on. Pain is still there and on mypaid since sunday what the ER doc prescribed, with stuff to clean my colon. Contacted the Urologist who advised on the scan, and he said there is no gall or kidney stones or nothing he can see thats wrong, so nothing he can really do, and inmust go back to GP

Im almost certain its my kidneys that is in pain and not my back or muscle! And the pain is moving to my abdomen area and feel crampy and bloated. I did visit a far east country for 2weeks and came back on friday.. hope i didnt pick up something there...

My question, do i halt my pct, or start now even if im not well and not sure what is going on?

My personal opinion, just wait and let them do bloods and see what's happening with you. If your kidneys are taking a whack you should not be taking mypaid oral any anti inflammatory medication. I know two people who have picked up bladder infections and had to be put on a 21 day course of antibiotics, male treatment is allot harder to treat. They never experienced any normal bladder infections sings (burning sensation, etc), but untreated it will go into the kidneys. Until they can rule out your kidneys are actually fine, just wait a few days

Just an update.. got admitted to hospital this evening due to possible kidney infection and rash on my body. The doc is running lots of bloods and scans in the morning. The specialist is also not sure whats going on, but suspicion is that i picked up something on my trip. At least my liver, pankreas and other organs are fine, just the kidneys thats in pain and high BP and creatinine levels all over the place.. so i guess no pct at least for another week or 2. He asked me about steriods, and i had to come clean obviously

Should i not be ready to start pct soon, what would be my "work around", as i know i cant skip my pct obviously. Its one week late allready

Dont stress to much bro about your PCT right now. I was hoping the infection wouldn't go into your kidneys.

Just let's see what the outcome is and what the nephrologist has to say. PCT can be put off for a couple weeks if need be.

Going better but my urea and creatinine levels are still highh. No more pain though. Allready 2 weeks late with my pct start

Luckily no kidney damage and the doc said i must take it easy and drop all supplements and watch my protein intake as a precautionary measure

Pump - how long do you think i can still wait to start pct? Im scared that i screw up somewhere

I'd start it now. You have bloods to do baselines against, start it as the recovery is vital for your body to return to balance.

There is no way of telling. Insomnia from aromasin can vary a lot from person to person. If the insomnia is really bad maybe cut the dose a bit. Lack of sleep in PCT is detrimental to keeping gains.

Get something just while you use Aromasin. Melatonin and Somnil or Betasleep work well.

Thx for the checkin - in my last week with my pct now. The kidney infection cleared and with no permanent damage! I will go for bloods again in Jan'17. Only returned to the gym recently after some time off to recover. But all good now

I surprsingly didnt lose alot of weigh as wel, land since I went back to gym, ,my muscle memory kicked in lekke!! , and gained a bit of fat on the belly unfortunately , but also didnt do much cardio and my diet wasnt spot on like it was for the last 2 years. So im taking it easy now on the high prorein and start to be strict again early in the new year!
