Fokit bul!! I only saw your post now,I counted my clen and I only have 30 tabs left which is definitely not enough. Ive also wanted to try sibutromine so maybe that would be good to use with gw? If I have to buy more clen I might just as well try something different and give those few tabs I have left to my girlfriend

I honestly can't decide what to try?

I've tried clen,I've tried eca and cyt3.
Never tried yohimbine,sibutromine or FFF.

Hunger isn't a problem. What works best with cardio? Yohimbine?

I know I sound a bit retarded but I'd like to do this properly

Go for Yohimbine and Clenbuterol.

I can't push the Clen dosage or Cardio when on Clen and Yohimbine then I can not gou over 80mcg Clen.

Sounds good,I'm gonna do that. I've already got icyplex but I guess I could also get the individual compounds. When would be the best time to use yohimbine? And to what dose?

Also I'm not too familiar with keto, could you enlighten me a bit?

High Fat Moderate Protein. So most of your Calories are from fat +-70% 30% Protein.

I split my Yohimbine one 10.8mg dose am as I wake with my Morning Brew and then again 1hour pre weights at night. Furk already gave you the Yohimbine dose guide basically stay around 20mg per day

Okaaaaay, and what are the best foods to get these fats from? Avo,nuts? My current nutritional intake is P-60 F-20 C-20 1500 calories per day for now, I plan to drop to 1200 soon.

I've heard that clen and yohimbine compliment each other so I guess I'll see how it works for me. Is betasleep a good alternative to ketotifen? Ketotifen is quite expensive so what's the next best thing to take to keep the clen working?

Beta Sleep my Bro.

Yes like half an Avo with a can of tuna. Olive oil is good. Coconut oil is good. Pork chops. Wors is good heck even lamp chops go on keto. Cheese is golden. Butter. Just track it all on Fat Secret. I'll have a look there is a limit on protein though too much and you bump out of Ketosis

Thanks bul i really appreciate it +1

I can't get tuna down :D I'll do a bit more research into it, I do love my protein. I'm gonna give myself 2 weeks to sort out my diet completely and then only jump on the fat burners. I have wanted to look into keto before so why not now.

If you mean the canned dry crap tuna then I fully agree. I normally mix with avo and lemon, or mayo and tomato sauce. Lots of salt and pepper.

I've already meal prepped for a no carb diet for this week, after my food is finished I'll move into keto and cut out most of the protein as that's where I'm getting most of my calories.

Hey guys, diet is going well. I'm preparing to go keto next week,I've seen a few recipes and they all look fokken lekka but it's poen expensive :D ..I'm still gonna give it my best go.

My cardio has improved, I live on a farm so my runs consist of ankle breaking rocks and fucken bitch hills and a river that's colder than my ex's heart(sorry I've always hated cardio),my progress has improved from 10 min to 6 min already, I'm pushing for 4 min 2.5km.

Waiting for some bokke to come my way and I'll get all my goodies.

I have a question and I can't really find a clear answer, does gear make you infertile? In the long run or even on cycle, what are the chances that your swimmers are still active?

So I've been overseas for the past 2 weeks, I'm not gonna lie I fell of the bus but it's time to get back on track with my diet. I'm starting off again by making my portions much smaller, cut those carbs again and increase my water intake.I have to go to margate at the end of this week for 7 days,so it's gonna be tough but I have to keep trying..my weight has effected my quality of life too much.

I'll try my best to post my progress every day, mostly just for myself so I feel accountable,so yeah..wish me luck :D

I have my clen and yohimbine, just waiting to get GW, I will only be starting once I've lost 10kg with no fat burners.

Sorry for the delay,my phone fell in the toilet a day after I posted my last post and only got my new phone today.

Anyways, back to my running programme again and my week in durban wasn't too bad concerning the diet. I'm down about 2 kg since my last post so it's going well. Any advice on exercises I can do to tighten up my core? I do crunches and reverse crunches and plank but is there any other exercise or food type that can help in this area?

Bud, to get a strong and nice core you have to have a good balance between your abs, lower back, glutes and hips.

There are literally thousands of excersices you can do to improve your core.

One-legged Deadlifts/Superman is excellent for glutes, lower back and hips.

Weighted Glute thrusts works well for glutes and hips.

One of my favourites for abs is hanging toe touches, like they do in Crossfit. Also excellent for entire core.

Like you, I also enjoy reverse crunches.

Goodluck and be sure not to neglect lower back when you hitting abs hard!

Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!

Until then there isn't really much that I have at home to do most of those things or anything to train my back.. training core is pretty shitty right now because,my strength is there and everything except the looks :D ..I'll try to improvise fo now,are there any core tightening foods? (I've read somewhere that you get these foods??)

Article I stumbled upon for a tighter tummy and I couldn't agree more...

How to Eat for a Tighter Tummy

A calorie deficit helps you lose the extra fat covering your ab muscles. If you trim 250 to 1,000 calories from the amount of calories you need to maintain your current size, you can expect to lose between 1/2 and 2 pounds per week. Estimate your calorie needs with an online calculator; then subtract calories to come up with an intake for weight loss.

Too low of a calorie intake can be counterproductive, though, as it could lead to frustrating feelings of deprivation, muscle loss and nutrient deficiencies. Aim to eat a minimum of 1,200 calories if you're a woman or 1,800 if you're a man. A moderate deficit and gradual weight loss is safest and most sustainable.

Foods that Promote a Slimmer Stomach

A diet that contains lots of fibrous vegetables, fruits, lean proteins and whole grains encourages a slimmer stomach. The protein supports efforts to build muscle, which supports a higher metabolism. Muscle requires more energy to sustain. The more muscle you have, the more efficiently your body uses calories so you lose weight.

Vegetables and whole grains provide you with fiber, which helps you feel full for longer so you're less likely to overeat. The fiber also helps your digestive tract work smoothly, which helps prevent bloating.

Low-fat dairy is another important part of a stomach-flattening regimen. Yogurt, cottage cheese and milk provide protein, but the calcium also contributes to a slimmer belly. Pre-menopausal women who regularly consumed calcium over the course of a year experienced less accumulation of visceral fat, showed a 2010 study published in Obesity.

Meals that support your stomach-tightening goal include oatmeal with blueberries, skim milk and walnuts; roasted salmon with a raw green salad and brown rice; or roasted chicken breast with butternut squash and steamed asparagus. A serving of nuts, equal to 1/2 to 1 ounce, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, low-fat string cheese and hard-boiled eggs make quality snack choices.

Foods to Avoid to Keep Your Stomach Tight

Add high-quality, high-fiber and nutritious foods to crowd out foods that encourage you to gain belly fat. Excessive sugar from processed foods, including candy, sweets, ice cream and pastries pads your diet with calories that are often stored as visceral fat. Soda drinkers who gulp daily are more likely to store belly fat, too, showed a 2016 study of 1,000 participants published in Circulation.

Whole grains replace refined grains when you're trying to keep your stomach from accumulating excess fat. Increased intake of whole grains did not lead to the same belly fat gains that eating more refined grains did, showed a 2010 study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Have 100-percent whole-wheat bread or brown rice instead of the white versions.

Too much saturated fat, found in full-fat dairy and fatty meats, as well as trans fats, found in processed and fast foods, also encourage the development of visceral fat. Stick to lean cuts of meat, low-fat dairy and fresh snacks, such as fruit and raw nuts.
A Tight Stomach Comes From Muscle

Cardiovascular exercise helps you burn calories and lose fat. Aim for a minimum of 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity activity, such as brisk walking. Go for at least 250 minutes per week to lose significant weight, suggests the American College of Sports Medicine.

Resistance training helps you build more muscle mass, which improves your body's ratio of lean mass to fat. Plus, a leaner body appears tighter and tauter. Aim for a minimum of two resistance-training sessions per week, but don't just focus on your abs. A total body routine that includes all the major muscle groups, including the chest, back, hips, arms, shoulders and legs, helps you build a balanced physique that supports a tighter tummy.

Crunches, planks and core rotations help build strong abdominal muscles to protect your back and improve your posture. They also help tighten the muscles that lie under any excess fat you're carrying in your middle. But, no specific abdominal exercise directly reduces stomach fat. Train your abs as part of your total-body routine. Focus on your form and pull the belly in slightly as you perform crunches and planks to elicit the most muscle activation.

Thanks a mill for that post!! +1

I will try my best to eat accordingly and I'm sure I should see some decent results. Currently weighing in at 115, when I hit 108 I will use the abovementioned cycle. I worked so hard to drop to 96 and then worked even harder to gain muscle. I know now what and what not to do while cycling and off cycle so hopefully next year goes better.

What a balls up..this past few mo ths has been very hectic but it's settled down now.

So since last week monday my daily calorie intake has been +-800 cals.. this is ver low I know but I've lost 4 kilos since then. I only eat eggs and biltong with an orange here and there. I feel dead tired lately unless I throw in carbs but I don't know if I should just stick it out without the carbs or increase my calorie intake?

Currently on 111kg so I've lost a bit even though I haven't been able to strictly control my diet.hopefully I can get to about 95-98kg by the end of the year.
