Yep 800, currently it suits my budget :D but this is only to get me into the rythm of things again,from next week I'll increase to 1200 and maintain that until my goal. Unless someone has a better idea? At the end of the day all diets are in a calorie deficit. Weight this morning was 110kg

Probably not wise to go below 1400 cals per day. You will slow down metabolism, put yourself under stress which will raise cortisol, feel tired all the time. You will end up losing muscle mass. What works best for me personally is GW with ECA. You'll have a lot of energy. Increase cardio and incorporate carb cycling if you can. 3 days low carb then 1 day high carbs. On the 3 low days go to 60% of normal and the high day go to 120% of normal. You will slowly lose weight, but your metabolism will keep ticking and you will feel better. I am on 87kg currently doing the same on 2,800 cals per day. Losing about 1-1,5 kg per week.

I'll give it a shot hitman..currently metabolism is much slower but still losing weight..this is basically the same diet I did when I lost 34kg in the beginning..my maintenance is somewhere around 2300 calories pd

Wow 34 kg is significant. It all depends on what your goal is right now. If it is to lose a lot of weight then I agree drop below maintenance but go to a minimum of 1,400 cals per day. If want to change body composition, ie gain lean weight while dropping fat then I'd go for carb cycling with fat burners. My cutting cals are high because I do high intensity weight training 4 times a week followed by 10 min HIIT. On non training days I do 15-20 min HIIT. ECA and GW work great for me in this regard.

Yeah its a bit :D it took me about 7-8 months..I'll take your advice and go to 1400 cals a day and see what's crackalakin.when I start gyming again I'll carb cycle to keep energy up. Your training plan seems like something I'd like to follow,just looking for a nice gym around me and I'll jump back into it!!

So currently weighing in at 108kg woooohooooo!! :evil: I'm only 10 kilos from my goal now but I'm thinking to maybe set my goal weight a bit lower to the low 90s.

I've got the clen and all that stuff but I'm just gonna stick it out o'naturaaal until I hit a plateau.

On another note,I heard Ciccone has a compound called Drive and another caled tridosen,anyone used these?

From what I've read Methandriol dipropionate keeps the receptors sensitised and enhances other compounds,I just want to know if anyone has used this and if it is more effective than normal Deca and equi of the same dosage

Hi Jono.

Bud I wouldn't. One of my mates is on The drive and he blew up and became a watery undefined mess. Does fasted cardio mornings and weights at night his diet is clean and on point but he still blew up he was 12% and started with me but obviously we on different compounds. Estrog n sides are a bitch on Methandrioldipropionate

Thanks for the input Bul,I heard it converts directly to estrogen or something like that but the reviews are kinda mixed about it. I'll definitely stay far away from that shit *gyno*.

On another note,is there any further development in Injectable steroids lately? Like a new origional compound? All the stuff we using today is older than some of us on this board.

AAS not that I have heard about, Im sure Pump will know about anything new coming out, but hey why mess with old school if it works, only thing I can think about is peptides and research chemicals. People are becoming pussies by wanting to take everything orally and no IM or SUBQ.

The only people that will develop anabolics or similar performance enhancing drugs will operate in secrecy and anything they develop will probably only get used by a few professional athletes. It's likely that we'll never know about most developments since they are likely to be state funded projects.

Damn that sucks tits..I think with modern day technology and knowledge we could come up with some awesome stuff! I guess my children will probably end up using what is being kept secret from us now just like some of the stuff we are using used to be secret state funded projects*Turinabol*.. what are the chances of steroids being legal in SA in the future? 5 years,10 years?

Hey furk,I am currently hovering around 107. I'm looking at changing my diet now. Thinking of bumping calories up to 1400 and a split of F-30 P-60 C-10,would also like to start cycling some clen at 120mcg pd or give that MHR stuff a go.

Current maintenance calorie intake is 3000cal,and on a deficit of 800cal per day. I lost about 10 kilos in the past month,didn't lose as much muscle as I expected and got a harder physique, I've got some stubborn belly fat that I need to get rid of now.

Update: so I pushed calories to 1400 and my progress got even slower,I'm back on 800 calories per day and steadily dropping again,I think I just needed the bump to further progress. I'm currently on clen at 120mcg pd. Sitting at about 106-105kg.

Currently on 104kg,top abs showing slightly. I'm doing as much training as possible at home,skipping rope,crunches,planks,lunges and the works..I've been doing this all now since last week and seeing slight change,so I'm just being patient and consistent.

Calories are slightly up and clean eating,so that's going good.

I'm gonna jump on Sibutramine next week. Just want to find out if there is any receptor downgrade with the use of Sibutramine? Can I run it for 2 months straight?

Hey Jono77,

Okay so 800 cals for 104kg BW. Wow. I'm not going to lecture you on the dangers of dropping calories too low too quickly because I do the same without flinch.

If you are consistently doing this at 104kg you will loose weight, if not, then there is an issue somewhere, possibilities being:
1) BMR has gradually gotten lower since you started the cut. It sucks balls, but it is absolutely normal.
2) Unknown thyroid issue.
3) You are making an error measuring your food intake.

Doing the math, 800cal total = 480cal protein, 240cal fat, 80cal carbs
= 160g protein, 27g fat, 20g carbs

General rule for bodybuilding purposes is 1.6g protein/ kg BW. So 166.4g protein/ day. Carbs are extremely low and that leaves only fat at 27g/ day. There is really little to take away for the purpose of cutting faster. At this stage it's probably most beneficial to do carb-up days, so at least you know your leptin levels are good. That said, in Keto you need less protein than you normally would so you could bring the protein down a bit, bring the fats up, and overall calories lower. (But it's already really low)

Also consider your rate of fat loss vs. your goal weight. What I mean is don't get deluded during your cut. Focus on the how much fat you are loosing per week, as opposed to the weekly change in bodyfat percentage.

As a quick add, not sure if someone mentioned it before on this thread. GW on a low-carb diet isn't as beneficial as on a more traditional macro split. I'm not saying Keto will negate GW, but for performance purposes having a moderate amount of carbs will get you performing better.
