Thanks bud, its been very busy for me the past few weeks going to gym both morning and night but it has payed off and i want to loose another 3 or so kg before i slow down on the cardio a little.

Also those photos are blury and dont do me justice i can see my bottom 2 abs starting to show and the top 4 are fully showing when i look in the mirror, im hoping i can take better photos with better lighting this afternoon or evening.

I think after dropping another 3 kg's you should start seeing some good definition. Quick Q - By cutting so early in your bulking cycle are you not minimizing your potential gains?

I was honestly worried about that but im growing, i used a tape measure before i started my cycle and im growin everywhere while still loosing bodyfat, my goal was to get to 13% bodyfat with as much muscle gain as possible, but the muscle gain is not that important to me i just want a good foundation for future cycles and im achieving that slowly. :cheer: Thanks for the concern though bud im sure DJ will change things up now, i still have 7 weeks left of test and then still gonna cut with winny so i got a long way to go still but im looking forward to it.

That depends on how close you are to your genetic max, if under -yes, if very close- most probably not, if over- never

Hey guys im already looking at a cycle i would like to do next year just to bulk up, i am on a budget so want a cheaper cycle. I was thinking about a test e and decca cycle for 14 weeks or even a npp and test prop 8-10 week cycle both with PCT3, but im open to any suggestions.

Deca and test e will be cheaper than prop and npp on a budget. But why go to Deca when your not yet at your genetic limits and could still grow well from test and equi or even just test cycles for now?

Just my 2 cents worth
