Yeah for me farmer walks pull ups and deads and dumbbell rows do the trick. But my left hand is fucked well left side of my body basically. Still need to get the shrapnel taken out of my left hand and foot. The hand really bothers me now grip strength fading weekly went from being able to dead 200kg no straps to where my grip now fails when pulling 100kg for 6. Dropping weight and upping reps now. And when wanting to go heavy I strap up. I need to give my body some time just came out the ear surgery.
Sounds like you are doing good bud well your lifts are solid man. Just be patient and keep your calories clean. Keep it up and keep us posted

Nothing wrong with straps when you start going very heavy. When I started using straps my deadlifts improved a lot because I could do much more volume and then could also save my grip strength for dumbell rows. Then my grip got stronger anyway despite the straps.

Ofcoarse, just interested to see how other people do it. But you have a good point especially if you going for really heavy, not talking 200kg deads.

I also started leaving the ego at home when I go to the gym. Big difference between strength training and hypertrophy training.
Sorry for the derail Jono.
Best to let one of the Mods help you with the HCG dosing.

(battle to breath). Size is up quite nicely tho.I have a question for the more experienced guys, as my bf is dropping my gyno is becoming more prominent, it is currently R32 000 for the surgery and that's not an option right now. I've heard that things like nolvadex and letro can help shrink the size of gyno, I understand it won't completely remove it but could you guys guide me on how to shrink these bitches

Try get your bodyfat down to single digits and then let's take it from there, it could be pseudo gyno, take your arm and put it behind your head can you see a buldge under your nipple or is it flat ?Jono77 wrote: Cycle is going well, did legs and a bit of cardio today..leg press is at 520kg for 6 reps, cardio is up to shit

If it's flat it could just be from bodyfat.

Ye that's how we get.. Had the op done 3 times so I know all about it. With the gyno the way you have it there is no option but surgery, and then be very careful you don't get it again.Jono77 wrote:

I'd recommend him even if money wasn't a problem.

Best fat burner for extended period would be FFF you can use it for 12 weeks cycle off 3-4weeks and then go for 12weeks again you can even add in LP Yohimbine just be careful only add 10mg and assess tolerance. But ECA and Yohimbine can also work just cycle 3-4weeks on with Betasleep and 3-4 weeks off and go again. Adding GW501516 to either would not be a bad Idea. Mk677 also...

I know it sounds a bit crude, I'm on 0.5mg adex eod so my estrogen is under control as far as I know , should I up the dose to 1mg eod to see if that improves anything?
Doing bloods now isn't really an option, but my previous experience with deca at 300mg showed no signs of high prolactin
