My strength is pretty good, size not a big difference but I definitely got harder. Haven't weighed myself yet but the girlfriend says I've lost weight

My gyno is as prominent as ever unfortunately.
My wood is sorted now,no problems at all..
Honestly I expected more from the tren and the test, not in terms of size but more in aggression and strength. I don't think I'll use keifei oils again as I feel they are under dosed.

Also I went for an outdoor run today for the first time since I started my cycle and I ran about 1.2km and I couldn't go anymore, the pain in my legs was unbearable,it felt like I had a pump in my shin?
Could my sore muscles be from a poor diet?.. I dont drink protein shakes anymore as I get all my protein from quality foods.

So far strength has remained the same, size took a dip but still harder muscles.
Out of interest, and I've wondered this for quite a while..I've noticed that you guys recommend test c over test e quite often, is there a specific reason for this or just a coincidence?

I started my pct today, clomid at 100mg pd for 7 days then nolvadex for 30 days thereafter.
Feeling great!! I feel better now than on cycle.
I'd appreciate help with my diet construction to drop to 10%bf.
Current stats:
Length 1.94m
Weight 111(gained 5 kg in cycle)
Bf 16-17% (went away for a week and went back a month in my bf)
Goal calories 1600 per day.
Meal 1: 3 eggs and spinach
Meal 2:1x weetbix
Meal 3(after training): steak and couscous
Meal 4:Fish or chicken and veggies
My diet is quite rouggly laid out but it meets my macros at 60%protein 20%carbs and 20%fats.I have no problem sticking within the calorie limit, but I'd like help choosing high protein, low carb foods and laying them out during the day.
I don't expect spoonfeeding, this lifestyle takes trial and error but any guidance is always appreciated. I've got my training down and now it's my diet i need to dial in to maintain as much muscle mass as possible while losing body fat.

..my muscles feel and look fuller and that's pretty good.. does clomid cause an unquenchable thirst?
I've used clomid before and I don't know if I didn't notice it but with LP it feels like I haven't had a sip of water in a week

Not really. It might be because it's hotter than Margot Robbie in here.

Also, the other day I started thinking about which burns more calories,(this is just an example)
If I dumbell curl 10kg twice, or dumbell curl 20kg once?
Would I use more energy lifting the lighter weight twice or the heavier weight once?

My neighbours son was diagnosed with diabetes and he is currently in hospital being treated with insulin and what not.
They don't have a medical aid and don't really have the money to buy insulin from a dispencery every month. I was wondering if the insulin we can get can be used since it would be more cost effective?

Insulin is very cheap and no you can't use the same insulin as most of the times a long term will be used at night (bodybuilders don't use this) and a short acting during the day. Remember if you need 10iu and the stuff you get gives 12 you could land in a diabetic coma or worse die. If you want the 10 and it only gives you 8 then you going to battle all day with readings being up and down. This is not an illness you play with, or you have limbs cut off if you run high for to long over long periods of time.

Jono77 wrote: Thanks pump,I guess they'll just have to do with what they're prescribed..I wish I could've helped tho,he is 10 and when they booked him in his blood sugar levels were 47,he was in a coma for a few days..his mother is also diabetic
Ya 47 is extremely high, causes all kinds of problems running high, mainly the thickness of your blood. The blood test would have been able to determine the exact date he become type 1, any idea what that result was and how long he has been running high ? The poor guy must have felt like crap, sick, thin and more thirst than a rat who has taken rattex
