hope everyone is well, test flu has passed B) This weeks training was a bit hard and i couldnt really push myself. So far im feeling great, can deffinitlly feel strength coming up,libibdo up,and i feel that i get a bit more irritated easily. Im really excited to see what this tren is like,so far im experiencing night sweat amd a bit of insomnia.

my nipples are a bit sensitive,im on adex at 0.5mg eod, this was perfect to keep gyno away in my last cycle so im assuming it might have to do with the tren and sdrol?
getting dostinex on modnay. do you guys think i should up the adex?

hope everyone has a great weekemd

So im a bit dissapointed with the sdrol so far, after one week of sdrol i wouldve expected a bit more result, not to say i havent seen anything but ive experienced more from dbol and winstrol in this time..im currently on 10mg pd from wednesday im gonna up the dose to 20mg pd.

Training is going good,no new PRs but less fatigue so thats good i guess.

Give it a little more time, sdrol is a powerful little f#cker. You may want to up your carbs and water intake at 20mg so you don't feel like shit.

Sdrol is my favourite oral. 20mg is all I need, but it sucks on a caloric deficit or without enough carbs. Superdrol fills your muscles with more glycogen. Without enough carbs you lose out on a lot of the strength benefits and the popping muscle bellies.

Keeping your carbs up when on Sdrol is important otherwise you'll look very flat. Up the carbs and your muscle bellies will explode!

Alrighty I'll up my calories to just above maintenance..excited to see what sdrol can do!!

Did legs today, cardiovascular took a hit but still manageable, strength went up a little,I'm mostly noticing more endurance than anything else but I guess that's the caloric deficit taking play.

Current weight is 105.5 and I seem to have a bit more definition but nothing major

Big improvement today!! Did a new PR in overhead dumbell triceps extentions (I think that's what it's called) of 60kg from a previous 52kg dumbell. Pumps feel really good, nothing as painful as tbol but definitely there, endurance went up a lot and strength with it..I guess these results are also that of the tren and test. So far so good!!

Also do any of the compounds I'm using effect your wrists and hands? I get bad cramps in my hands

The cramps are because of your strength in all your other muscles improved faster than your grip strength is improving. Also make sure you are and stay well hydrated Teen(Tren) and Superdrol are both known to be harsh on the system Tren more so though

Thanks bul,I've been battling to get in my 6l of water lately but I'll focus on doing it. Are there any grip strength exercises that can help? I do wrist curls but my forearms are generally laking in size and strength

Farmer walks my friend as heavy as you can and until failure. You also hit two birds with one stone as you so work core stabiliser muscles

I wouldn't with legs wabbling around on jelly legs like they should be if you squat properly carrying around the heaviest weight you can is not fun or a good idea. Do it on a off day or with arms?

I also do farmers walk for extra grip strength. Usually combine it with my traps/shoulder workout.

Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!

I usually do shoulders with arm and back days focusing on different parts on each day. Sundays are my off days so I think I'll make it my cardio and farmers walk day. Will this exercise add size to my forearms? I know that strength isn't necessarily associated with size that's why I'm asking

It may or may not increase fore arm strength. If it does not a bad thing but it will improve strations and separations if you lower body fat just remember you want to cut so yeah while on Superdrol keep on a calorie deficit but include quality carbs once the Superdrol is out drop the carbs again or just lower them

Deadlifts is also good for grip strength. If you are not doing them you are selling your entire gym strategy short.

Jono.

Pull ups are also a must. I will try get you picture of a grip training machine most old school and powerlifting gyms have one. It is simple and with a basic skill set and tools you can even build your own.
