Cycle suggestion to ditch the dadbod

Ripped & strong. Not looking for a beefy bodybuilder physique, just decent muscle definition

In that case stick to Keto to get to your desired bodyfat, I suggest min. 8% if you want something to stick to for life. Once there slowly change to normal split and focus on strength training. You have to decide if you want to retain some water for extra strength vs being super ripped year round.

Toe ek laas week my selfoon se skerm laat regmaak by 'n Pakistani sien ek toevallig 'n botteltjie deca uitsteek en toe ek vra se hy ja hy verkoop dit so onder die toonbank uit.

No worries. Ek het toe reg gekom. Tans in week 3 pct (nolva & clomid) en het GW 20mg & Ostarine 15mg in die mix.
