This is nonsense! A perfect example of "bro-science".
It's not that I don't want to eat, I'm just constantly busy and 99% of the time its easiest just to eat fast food. Because I'm determined not to put on weight I just skip meals until I have the time to prepare a salad or grab some fruit.
I agree that you should rather skip a meal than to eat fast foods. That being said why don´t you prepare some meals beforehand and bring it along with you? I prepare my meals every sunday and thursday. Then I simply add it to containers the night before and bring it with to work.
In my case would you recommend the use of Clen? Or would it end up doing more harm than good to me?
You really don´t need Clen for proper weight loss. Use it when you have been on your diet for a while, seen results, and when results slow down a bit then you can add Clen + Yohimbine. Clen will only add stress to the sytem and you won´t get results.
