Interesting read Pyro, thanks!

Quick question out of curiosity...should you not see the need in doing clen/yohambine for 6+ weeks, would it have sufficient effects in e.g. 3-5weeks? For instance if you only have 3-5kg fat you're attempting to lose? Are effects lasting if maintained by proper diet/training as usual, meaning, as soon as you stop for some reason the fat won't jump back on in a month or 2 (sorry if this is a stupid question?)

Attempting to lose the last bit of bf and this sounds like a super combo to jumpstart if used correctly...

Clen and YHCL work brilliantly together, keeping it off is diet related, yes.

Thanks Chapel. By no means am I looking for an easy way out, but the last few kg's of fat are coming off sooooo sloooooow. I'd be more than happy to maintain it, but getting it off first is such a mission.

You will find YHCL to be quite effective with stubborn fat deposits, especially with women those last few kgs like to cling on. You may not even need clen.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Really? Oh boy and does mine cling for dear life! I'm also on contraception so that makes it even more difficult...I read somewhere that it is somewhat ineffective on its own. Is that wrong then?

That very interesting, I can't take clen I've got a load of it that I'm going to chuck I tried it and being a Jeweller the shaking and concentration are impossible to deal with.
I've never been able to break the 8 percent mark do you recon YHCL alone might work? I'm just thinking about throwing some in with my bridge to try and lose like 2kg extra that all the cardio in the world hasn't helped with.
What dose with you run? I've got some its just sat in the cupboard with the clen for the last year.

I have found it to be quite effective on its own. Each to their own, personally I hate clen even though they are wonderful together.

By itself? For you probably not, for girls its a different story I have seen YHCL eat the fat. For us, YHCL gets me lean, but not 8% lean, then again I have never been there either so I'm not sure. YHCL is really great if used properly with the right diet, the holding water aspect of it is a little frustrating but you need to see past that. Give it a shot and see what happens.

I normally run it at 15-20mg

If one were to try clen, you need to take something to help with the insomnia. And taurine?

Also a bit confused, apparently YHCL works on a low calorie diet and clen in a medium calorie diet. Suggestions?

Ya some GABA and taurine are always good to take if you get insomnia or cramps from clen. Haha, where did you hear these diet theories? YHCL and clen will both work on caloric deficit diets so ya I guess those theories are right in a sense, YHCL is offset by carbs though which is why its nice to use for morning fasted cardio.

As long as you are eating at a deficit, doing the right cardio and taking the right stuff you will lose, some fatburners are just better for certain fat deposits. Look I won't lie you need to work hard on YHCL only, I might have given it a little too much backing as a stand alone drug hahaha

I also hate clen. I get very snappy and I can't have the parkinsons shakes in my hands when I see clients. I don't know how many times I had to tell people I'd had too much red bull. Haven't touched it in years.

Wow,seems the shakes is also bad...is it very obvious? I'm an accountant so it's probably not end of the world. Is it manageable?

See how it goes and taper up until you can see what you can deal with. People respond differently. I'm not a big fan of stimulants in general.
