Pasta, Cereal, Rice, Breads, Fruit and anything with any form of sugar in it especially HFCS.
For Vegetables: Beets, carrots, potatoes, corn
For Legumes: Lentils, navy beans and chick-peas

Kan ek een cap vat 04:00 as ek opstaan en dan een iewers later in die dag want ek train deur die meeste in die aande 19:00 maar 21:00 moet ek slaap om 04:00 week wakker te wees. Waar sal ek die tweede cap kan vat 15:00 of 16:00?
