Pyro ek sal more aand sodra ek inkom my dieet saam brin ek werk nagskof my eetplan is teen my yskas. Ek weet ek is nie n klein oukie nie ek gym al van ek 16 is. Ek mik vir +- 20g proteine per maaltyd

never mind ek sien ek het n afskrif van my eet plan hier

Meal 1: 1 cup cooked oats 1scoop whey or 2 boiled eggs with a green apple if I get tiredof that I eat an 6 egg omelet 5whites and 1whole egg with some red pepper and mushrooms 2slices rye toast 2 teaspoons lite margarine. After meal 1 I take 1 sachet Men`s daily ptimal pack

mid morning meal 2: Meal replacement shake I like the Muscle Science lean body shake with a green apple or a orange

Meal 3: 1 can Tuna in water 1tbs lite mayo 2slices rye toast 2tsp lite mararine 1cup mixed veg drizzled vith vinegar or lemon juice or I go for 200g Lean mince fried in spray and cook 3 canned tamatoes 1cup cooked brown or basmati rice 1cup mixed veg with one tsp olive oil

meal 4: Lean body shake with a green apple or orange

Meal 5: 200g hake or haddock fillets or 200g chicken breast 1cup green beans or brocoli 1tsp olive oil and a salad lettuce tamato.

before bed 30g peanut butter 300ml fat free milk 2scoops pure protien or supplement sa slow release

dis waar by ek probeer hou van dag tot dag hier en daar sal ek n gekookte eier eet na daai mid meal shakes as ek nog honger voel thats it help maar asb ouens ek weet ek is nie perfect of n expert nie

Stem saam met Oupa iets is nie reg aan daardie stats nie. As jy wil kan jy 'n foto oplaai dan sal ek jou BF% skat vir jou (redelik orraait daarmee).

Met betrekking tot jou dieet: Jy eet op deursnit so 30-40g Proteine per maaltyd van goeie protein bronne en dit is goed so spot on tjom! Groot NB vir jou is die vrugte uit te sny (vrugte is suiker, suiker is kakka) en ook om ontslae te raak van die meal replacement shakes. Mens se liggaam bou spiere net uit heel kosse uit.

Kan glo dat julle opsig self sal dink daar is iets fout met my stats maar dit word gemeet by die gym die girl is n Biogenetikus en Januarie was ek 30% Julie het ek weer gemeet en toe was ek 20% en nou so 2weke terug was ek 15%. Ek bly in n klein dorpie nou Ellisras so glo nie dis spot on nie. Pyro enige voorstelle om daai 2 tussen maaltud shakes mee te vervang? Of moet ek die een voor bed ook verander? En my carbs is dit te hoog ek sal sny op dit is nie n groot crb fan nie en weet ny lyf bloat maklik op teveel carbs ek hanteer patats en buttenut goed

110kg @1.7m met 12%BF hoort jy n testosteroon-trokkie te wees en daarby redelik lean ook. Jou voorgestelde cycle sou ook nie oral only gewees het nie. Nie Malik om te glo by iemand nuut sonder fotos nie. ;)

Jy kan jou shakes met kos replace. Protein en carbs/vette. Dit wat jy se oor hoe jy bloat van seker carbs af maar nie sweet potato nie se vir my 100% jy is sensitief vir starchy carbs (sweet potato is nie n starchy carb nie). Ek het n lys van starchy carbs wat jy kan vermy gepost ek vind dit gou vir jou..

Thanks Pyro your input is much appreciated lets say we work from my last measurments 2weeks ago 15%BF. I do cardio 20-30min after every weight training workout and that is 4 times a week cardio is on orbitrek on saturdays I go in and hit only cardio 30min and abs. iMan to answer your question my last cycle was The Cyp 250 Proviron and Letro cycle with a Wistrol oral bridge it ended end August it worked well i liked it that cycle and the pct helped me a great deal but diet and training and focus was at an all time high never chheated since I decided to eat clean in January I also thin the choice I made of extending the Aromasin and Nolvadex to 60 instead of 30 days helped me. Looking back at my cycle I would have shot 250mg Cyp x2 a week and not 125mgx2 and also I ran letro at 0.5mg every 3days I would change that to 0.25mg Eod. Before that Cyp cycle my last cycle was the one I messed up in 2007.

Doen jou cardio direk na jou workout en moenie iets eet intussen nie. Moet nooit carbs en vette in die selfde maaltyd eet nie. In hierdie geval stel ek voor jy eet die een maaltyd met cashew neute en die ander met die botter neute. Heel kosse in pleks van crappy shakes klink mos nou so mooi soos hardloop rugby!

Hier is daardie lys van starchy carbs:

Hi Pyro.

Jis Ouens sorry ek was solank offline en stil. Dinge was hectick by my. Werk verloor en getrek.

Ek moes my training en diet en als stop. My gewig het op na 113-115kg gegaan.
Ek het nou die laaste 3weke weer op die diet geklim wat ek en Pyro uitgewerk het en weer begin oefen
gewig het gedrop na 102kg toe en lyk of dit nou stilstaan. My bf het geklim en erg ook in die aftyd. Geld is maar skaars nou
ek sal foto's oor die naweek post. Pyro en Oupa sal julle omgee om dan asb vir my te kyk hoeveel bf is ek min of meer?
Sal n Keto tipe diet nie dalk nou vir my n beter en goedkoper langtermyn opsie wees omdat geld nou maar op n tight budget is vir my nie?

Jammer om te hoor tjom ek hoop dinge word gou beter. Onthou net een ding: "Smooth seas never made a skilled sailor".

Keto is n duur dieet so bly maar eerder op n goeie carb dieet. Goedkoop en fantastiese opsies is oats, aartappels, soetpatats en post workout kan jy rys eet.

Inelkgeval, om 11kg in 3 weke te verloor is ok lekker as jy in die Mr. Olympia kompeteer. :lol:

Thanks vir die voorstel Pyro. Ek is maar bang vir aartappel en oats ek is n kortgat en raak baie gou baie vet ek sal rys try en kyk wat gebeur die laaste 3 weke was sweet pato en butternut die carbs wat ek ingekry het maar ek het 100g gesplit 50g vir middag ete en 50g vir aand. Eiers is nog altyd my vriend as my protein of choice en my lyf like ook eiers

Eiers is een van die mees bekostigbare en voedsame kosse wat jy kan deesdae kry. Om vet te verloor tel dit in jou guns om die energie bronne te elimineer - koolhidrateen vette, so hou maar die aartappels uit as jy skat dit doen skade. Maak gebruik van kool, blomkool, broccoli en spinasie in plaas van kolidrate vir aandete.

Hi Ouens.

Hier is n update 4weke terug begin diet. Vanoggend 101kg geweeg.
So lyk my ek is nou in die tempo wat ek wil wees verloor +- 1kg n week. As ek dit so kan hou is ek meer as gelukkig en tevrede. Ek mik vir 70-72kg met 14% Body Fat. Ek sal seker hoe ligter ek word meer en meer cals moet verminder?

Net n vraag. Ek is nou bietjie deurmekaar, moet ek vet heeltemal uit sny? Volgens my kort jou lyf sekere vette al diet jy om body fat te drop?

Pyro net n vraag oor Yohimbne

Ek gaan nog nie nou gebruik nie weet ek is nog nie reg vir dit nie wil net solank die storie agtermekaar kry.
Kan ek een cap vat 04:00 as ek opstaan en dan een iewers later in die dag want ek train deur die meeste in die aande 19:00 maar 21:00 moet ek slaap om 04:00 week wakker te wees. Waar sal ek die tweede cap kan vat 15:00 of 16:00?

Ek het n idee Oupa. As jy n 10mg cap vat het jy 7ure later 5mg in jou bloed en nog 7later 2.5mg? As ek reg is maar dis hoe ek dit het?

So een cap 04:00 op n lee maag sodra ek wakker word en dan 7-8 ure later my tweede cap om 11:00 of 12:00 hoe klink dit Oupa?
Sal dit my help met energie of om vet te vebrand? Ek oefen meestal 19:00 in die aande. Maandae en Donderdae total body met dumbbella en al die ander aande draf ek

Yohimbine hoort nie jou slaap te steur nie so jy kan dit ok nader aan jou workout neem as jy wil. Ek sou dit een in die oggend neem en die tweede een 2 ure voor jou aandoefening.

Natuurlik nie. Maar dit sal daar jou voordeel tel om slegte vet uit te sny. Het jy die "Dieting Stickies" gelees? Hulle is oud en dalk baie uit dateer maar van die beginsels staan nog vas. Sal dalk 'n goeie opvoeding wees om daar te loer.

Ek het nooit geweet wat is stickies nie? Is nie n tegnologie of rekenaar boffin nie.
Ek neem aan dis die threads in die dieting en contest prep afdeling wat pins langs hulle het?

Ek het n paar gelees die een oor Dieting 101 en Daily calorie intake. Baie dankie vir jou moeite Furk ek besef nou hoeveel tyd en effert het jy vir my ingesit om met daai paar sample diets wat jy vir my gepost het vir my stats my proteien carb fat ratios uit te werk.

Baie dinge maak nou meer sin ek sal soos ek tyd kry meer daar lees. Ek dink vir die volgende 4weke wat ek carbs gaan vermy gaan ek op daai threads fokus om te help met motivering ook. Die rede dat ek carbs wil limit of uitsny is ek het al agtergekom ek is baie carb sensitive en omdat ek so swaar is vir so kort ou en omdat my body fat so hoog is. Sover werk dit. Kon vir 2weke nou nie onder 101.6kg kom nie vanoggend 04:00 100.6kg geweeg. Ek glo ek sal na more oggend se fasted state 5km run onder 100kg kan kom

Pyro. Dankie dat jy vir my lig gegee het op my Yohimbne vraag jou antwoord antwoord my vraag sal dan een cap oggend op lee maag vat en een so 2ure voor my aand workouts.
