RooiBul, jou gewig daal nie geleidelik nie, moet nie jouself steer aan daaglikse metings nie. Elke 4 - 7 dae weeg is slimmer, gaan jou beter idee gee hoe jy vorder. Weeg ook jouself die selfde tyd van die dag elke keer, populêre metode is na jy opgestaan het en die blaas leeg gemaak het.

Ek sal op n later stadium as ek op n laer body fat en nader aan my ideale gewig vir my lengte carbs weer stelsel matig begin introduce soos oats vir break fast dalk butter nut of n bietjie rys in my post workout meal.

I think we both know that is not always true. ;) But for basic understanding I guess it'll work. Same goes for unsaturated fats, some are devils others okay. But let's not turn this into a chemistry class, polyunsaturated fats can get complicated as hell.

30g No sugar no Salt Peanut butter n dag om my fat intake te up. Sal dit okay wees? Ek weet dis 200xalories maar dit sal my net help om 1900 te haal ek dink nie ek haal nou 1800 nie ek het al n paar dae op 1700 gekom meeste dink ek slaan ek 1500-1600 maar ek het baie vet en gewig om te verloor so sal die kuns nog bemeester soos ek aangaan.

Daai was twee weke terug sal more oggend weer neem en as julle daai van 2weke terug gestimate het sal ek more oggend sin laai en dat julle dit estimate dan kan ons skat of daar al darm n verbetering is of nie

Geen probleem. Ek weet dit klink baie hoog maar moenie laat dit jou af kry nie. Mens verloor gewig bo 20% verspot maklik.

Nee wat sal dit gebruik as motiveering en n reminder om nie weer daar te draai nie.

As ek vir nou op 20 kan kom en later so op 15% sal ek meer as gelukkig wees.

Ek en my meisie praat net nou so sy het my 2weke terug gesien toe ons daardie foto's geneem het en ek lyk alklaar beter so ek dink ek sal nou op so 25% wees.

Maar ek sal more oggend neem en post dan kyk jy.

So lank hy nie skimp op sy oefening en dieet nie sien ek nie 'n probleem nie.


RooiBul jy moet ook net besef as jy af die fat burners kom gaan jou resultate stadiger kom, dit moet jou gemoed nie afbring nie. As ek jy was en ek kon dit bekostig, spandeer geld op kos wat jou resultate sal kry, gesond is, en lekker genoeg is om streng op te bly. Nommer een rede hoekom "perfekte diëte" nie werk nie, is want hulle is moer vervelig, 'n diet moet jou aandag nie aanhoudend op kos hou nie. Na dit sê ek looi pille as jy dit kan bekostig. Vinniger maerder, vinniger gelukkiger. Di's maar net hoe ek dink.
