My new Cycle No.3 Any thoughts?

Hey all you good people,

Hope everyone is well!

Its been a while and I'm about to start my 3rd cycle. Any advice, critique is always appreciated.
Not complicated, pretty str8 forward I recon. This is what I have put together..

Current stats:

A: late 30's
H: 168cm
W: 75kg's
BF% 9

Last cycle:

-Sept 13. > Tren E, Test Prop, Masteron with Var and Proviron bridge.
-March 14. > Clen and Yohimbine combo.

Goal to achieve:bulk

Cycle as follows:

Week 1-5 Frontload with T-Bol [LP] @ 40mg ED for 1st week, week 2 to end of week 5, 60mg ED.
Week 1-12 - 525mg / week Deca 350 [PGW]
Week 1-12 - 640mg / week Supa Test Combo 320 [PGW]

Bridge:

Prop 100 [PGW] at 150mg EOD > start in week 13 - 17
Oral Winstrol at 50mg / day for 6 weeks > start in week 14 - 19
Clen and Yohimbine combo with Beta sleep from week 16 - 19

PCT: doctari’s PCT > I have MERCK Ovitrelle that I will keep specially for This.

I will include HCG at week 9 - 14 at 250iu's twice a week.
I have an AI, Letro and Cabaser on hand for any sides > not prone to any sides at all.

This is my 1st Deca cycle but not my first Nandrolone. I cycled Equi for my first proper cycle.

Other notes:

- I'm using T-Bol, just because of preference > 1st T-Bol front load.
- I have chosen Winstrol over Anavar just cause I feel pretty crap on Anavar. > 1st Winnie bridge.
- I will probably add in Proviron to the cycle.

Training will be 6 days a week, early mornings weights only and swim three times a week in the evenings as my cardio and me time.

Really good in the kitchen so diet is pretty damn good.
Supplements: BSSA
Using the a full range of vitamins. Omega 3, 6 Combo, evening Primrose oil, Flax Oil. Started Milk thistle, will drop once cycle starts and run Liver support throughout cycle.

+1 for a proper cycle presentation. 1 or 2 tings seems little odd, but let me think about it before i respond.

Thank you Oupa. My 'week' calculations may be out. I need to put the cycle into my spreadsheet and calculate the exact weeks and days and work backwards to get to PCT. :blink:

My only question was regarding your bridge after a deca cycle? How long will it be? I was advised that after a deca cycle my bridge before PCT should be 54 days.

Cabaser just on hand is no good, you must use it bud and you must use it past discontinuation of your deca.

Bud, if it was mods on here that advised 54 days, I'd go with that. If not, I to would like confirmation as well. The site advises 45 days? My 1st Deca cycle too.

The best guys on here all advised me 54 days was the way to for my bridge.

My bridge is:
[1] Injecting 150mg of test prop EOD for 40 days.
[2] Anavar at 60mg for full 54 days
[3] Proviron (2 tabs a day split morning and afternoon)

I like your first post- it is easy to read and has a logical order. Always nice to get positive feedback thanx bud. I am a little confused as to when you have used Nandrolone before? And why Supertest with Deca instead of Cyp/En? How many times per week are you going to pin? Keep us updated throughout your cycle this will be one of the better ones to follow!

Thank you Pyro. I appreciate your time to give your valued input. RE: the confusion regarding the Nandrolone. I confused Nandrolone with equipoise (Boldenone Undecylenate) > I apologies for that bud. There is no history recorded for that cycle on this forum. I started with the forum after the equi cycle.

Umm, Pyro, can't say I thought about the Cypionate or Enanthate as individual compounds for this cycle hey. I chose the supertest cause I like that it has a nice blend > including the Cyp and En. I have also run the PGW Supertest and I rate it highly. Would Cyp/En have been better alone? Maybe better cause of dosage control? Please share your thoughts on this bud?

NO! You have to pin at least twice a week & use your cabaser at 0.5mg every 5th day. You will thank the forum for that after your cycle because the chances of deca dick decreases substantially

Oupa, would I need to pin the Deca twice a week as well? And the supertest would be 320mg twice a week right? Not 640 twice a week?

320mg Supertest per shot. 1ml Mondays & Thursdays. Ron trust me, split the dose and pin the Deca twice a week and use the cabaser as recommended. You will grow like weed if you calories is spot on.

Exactly that you need to pin Supertest a lot more frequently. An important point with AAS is to keep the blood concentration levels as stable as possible. The shorter the ester, the more frequent you need to pin it. I always advise pinning supertest at least three times a week, and for those who get skin or gyno problems EOD pins are required.

So when you think about it, Supertest has short esters and needs to be pinned often, whereas Deca is a VERY long ester and does not. So does it not make more sense to use a longer ester with the test to go with the Deca? Or choose a shorter ester Nandrolone (like NPP) to go with the shorter ester test?
