Bud, my cycle is going supa well hey. Thank you bud! To be honest, If I wasn't jabbing a needle into my delt twice a week and looking in the mirror, I'd never say I was on a cycle. I'm feeling really so good bru! Nutrition is 110% and training is real good. A bit concerned that I might sometimes overtrain and not get enough rest. My problem is I'm swimming as well, over and above the weight training and when I do.. My endurance is freaking unbelievable > so I can just go on and on and on! Have to literally force myself to stop.
The bat on my scale at home is flat, so I'm not weighing myself at the mo. Also decided I'm gonna try stay off the scale as much as possible. It just freaks me out. I haven't really gained much > max 1.5kg's. But I can see muscles are A LOT fuller, I can see a pretty big difference already.

If I were you bud, I'd still split the dose. 40mg > morning and 20mg late afternoon. Try keep blood levels as stable as possible. But don't be like me and forget that afternoon dose > and wake up at 1am to take it! :lol: :woohoo:
Don't expect too much form the T-Bol bud. I like it but it's pretty mild IMO. But I prefer mild. No water retention and haven't 'ballooned' up in a week.

Thanks bru! Pushing as hard as I can Nate! And yeah, nutrition lucky for me is my strong point so that's all good bru! Trust me, you would gag if you had to see what I chow in a day. :lol:

I'm happy to post pics bru. But just a warning.. I'm not a 'poser' or a 'selfie' kinda dude. I'm also lank hairy > I do this for ME and because I'm passionate about it, I'm not a pro body builder so this hair ain't coming off for any pics. LOL! :lol: :silly:

yo bro I respect what you saying...this is about you and nobody else...bodybuilding/weightlifting is a passion driven activity and without love for the sport everything else is in vain.
If you started your Tbol on the 24th of May it's still early days,apparently the magic starts happening after week 3(or so I've been told;)).So give us a update again and keep pushing hard.Besides I don't know about you but I could do without the 'bloat' it's the strength gains I'm after.

Okay, I never really realised that. Now I'm excited! :woohoo: Yeah, lucky I have NEVER had bloat from a cycle and no.. Doubt very much I'd be a fan to that bru..hahahaha!
But i must say, I had a great chest and bi's session this morning. Strength is good hey! nothing hectic. But I never loose much strength after a cycle anyway.. so basically started this one on a good base. I'm just cruising this one bru. Really concentrating on mental focus this time.

When you stating you cycle G-man?

Good morning all you good gents..

Sorry for the 'no up dates' I have been out of town for work commitments for a couple of days.
Managed to pack a full suitcase of all my sups and lucky I was able to keep my diet pretty damn good. Missed two training days.. But the rest has done me the world of good.

Cycle is still going supa, supa well and yeah....... G man, strength has kicked in with a Big Bang bru! :woohoo: Feeling supa motivated on this cycle. Pumps are amazing and really starting to see and feel the gains. Still haven't weighed in yet and I'm freaking loving the fact that I don't know what my weight is but I can see and feel the results in a huge way! and looks like this is a supa lean bulk.. But let's see, cause the I can feel the Deca is starting to work its magic. ;)

Will give a proper up date soon. But I can honestly say this is my best cycle so far.

Will keep you gents up dated and will post pics soon.

Stay strong guys and push harder then you know you can!

Morning gents...

I'd really like your thoughts / views regarding this.

Okay, so we all know that the use of Anabolic Steriods can dramatically increase male sexual function to levels that are or can be way above normal > obviously everyone is effected differently.

So my thinking around this is.. And this is where I need your thoughts and views on this...... Is it possible that it would be beneficial to gains, while on cycle if you abstained from doing 'The Deed' as much as you actually could?
For example: instead of doing 'The Deed' say for instance 12 times a week you abstained and only did it like three or four times a week. [this is just an example guys, I'm not saying this is the case for everyone, cause we are all different on cycle]

So now my thinking is, could it be possible that you shift the huge amount libido 'energy' [so to speak] that you experience while on cycle, into making your cycle more effective and powerful by abstaining from doing 'The Deed' as often?

To be honest I have tried this and I do feel I'm more focused, motivated and strength etc is better. [could also be a placebo type effect, but maybe it's real too!]
Is this just a crazy and stupid way to think about this guys? Or is there any sense in the way I'm thinking around this?

Ye I am with Rhino on this one, the more the shagging the better.
I could be wrong but as far as I know your test increases after blowing a load.
Anyway even if it did hinder gains i would still go for it as often as possible.

Have as much sex as you want ! You can take it easy before an endurance event or a sport day, but a healthy sex life is very important and you wont loose gains lol !

Ron,welcome back bud.Was a bit worried there thought u disappeared off the face of the earth:)so I can understand where your way of thinking comes from but I think the general consensus is the more sex the better and why waste all that testosterone ....I still do feel that it would be beneficial to train with a loaded gun tho,so u have that extra aggression in the gym...but that's just my opinion.

Need your advice again please..
I'd like to start purchasing my bridge compounds for this cycle > have some PGW prop 100 but that's about it hey.
I'm looking at the Winstrol at this stage and these are my options >>

> Stanazol - 50mg /ml [20ml] (RWR)
> Oral Winstrol 10mg (LP)
> Stanabolic - 50mg /ml [20ml] (Illium)
> Stanoplex 10mg (Axio Labs)

I have no issues with the injectable, in fact I like injecting. I'm never keen on Orals. From your personal experience what can you guys recommend here? I know these are all legit brands. NB: Cost is not a deciding factor at all for me.

Avoid the injectable unless you have no choice, the injection discomfort and risk of infection when it comes to water-based injectables are simply not worth it.

That leaves us with Axio and Liquid-Pharma and the LP one wins hands down.

Just was browsing through your thread, I'm confused as to why you're only starting your HGC from week 9? Shouldn't you have started it in week 4?

I don't have the most experience, but nothing wrong with a Test Prop and Winny oral bridge...running it with the Clen & Yohimbine you mentioned sounds perfect. Should lean out nicely!

Just remember to take joint & liver support for the winny and then you're sorted.

As a rule injectable steroids are much safer and better than their oral counterparts. In this case you are looking at Winstrol. Winstrol is in a class known as 17-Alpha-Alkylated (17-aa). Because of that Winstrol can only be broken down by the liver (and places a lot more strain on the liver as a direct result). So if you take winstrol orally or if you inject it it makes no difference as they both need to find their way to the liver before the magic happens. You can drink injectable winstrol instead of injecting it. Winstrol injectable must be the worst steroid to inject and as Admin said risking infection and all that pain for no reason is not logical. If cost is of no concern then go for Anavar instead of Winstrol and be sure to add proviron.

Yeah thanks man, I am approaching my 5th week now. I will start including HCG from next week. After reading through all the discussions around this topic in the past weeks, I have decided to include HCG sooner then I originally planed.

Thanks for the Heads up regarding the sups bru. I didn't really consider joint support so I will include that for sure. I'm always OCD about the liver sups. ;)
