I have not mentioned this and I just thought it not that important to include in my history.. but when I was a lot younger and even more stupid then I am now.. LOL! I dabbled with injectable Winstrol. Bru, my ass was so freaking sore and I felt like a dog most of the time.. But the results seemed okay for just 'dabbling' in the shit! I mixed it with B12 and still remember that I could not sit on my ass for days after the injection > I couldn't work out why people would want to inject this shit and have that kind of discomfort! Like I say, I was a lot younger and stupid! Having said that I thought I was just doing something wrong and it wasn't the injectable Winstrol that was the problem. I never touched anything else for like 10 years.

So this just clears this up for me Pyro. ;)

Pyro, yeah I just felt really crappy on the Anavar in my last cycle. I totally lost my appetite and vomited after every gym session for the entire duration of the Var. Strength was great but that was about all hey. So I just decided to give Winstrol a go for this cycle. I have a feeling this compound might gell better with me. So let's see.

Okay so I gotta share this.. This morning one of the HOT chicks [and I really mean HOT] that trains with us boys told me she can't believe how much I have bulked and how good I'm looking! LOL! :lol: :lol: :lol: she asked me what I had been doing to get like this! I said: ahh, just lots and lots of eating hey! :silly:
I'm really not a dude with much of an ego.. But that did feel good!

I did grab the opportunity to say she has a damn sexy ass, especially when she was doing the bent over rows! :woohoo:

Hey Oupa...

Would I put myself at any risk if I extended the Deca for another two weeks? So from 12 to 14 weeks?

And will anther two weeks make any difference to my recovery during PCT?

I'll still have the effects of the Deca right up until my PCT, because it's a long ester right? So in my bridge I can still make some really good gains.

Perhaps Oups will tell you about the T junction here or maybe he won't, two more weeks won't do justice for what its worth mate. Stick to your plan IMO, finish your cycle, recover and plan your next cycle after time off. I remember you posting about battling to recover last time and extended time off. After your last pin you still have min 54 days to pct whereby you will still be on prop and well supressed. MA had some good advise to wait even a little longer to pct. You have time for other cycles bud and your doses on this cycle are big. Not lecturing as we are running very similar cycles but I just don't think its worth it.

FIllet, bru.. Thank you for your valued input. And thanks for looking out for a brother. I'll go with you on this one. I bought extra Deca.. So thought I'd try finish it off. This is when I become a bit greedy I guess and just want more! So nice to have your words of wisdom.

Yeah, I'm a few years older then you bru. So gotta be careful about my recovery. Lucky I'm a very healthy male, take VERY good care of myself and a lot younger then I am in reality. Blessed with really good genetics.

So bru, will I still have the full effects of the Deca while it's still in my system? >> the bridge period.

I see you also on ten meals a day, like myself.. I'm gonna post my daily nutrition.. You'll probably be amazed at how much I am chowing.. Crazy for my stats! Will post it shortly...

You will still grow well up to five weeks of last pin, that's why deca is such a bitch bud and you don't need more. I remember your post on your diet from ages back, you eat like a horse my bud. Non the less there is a right way and a wrong way. Save the balance for next cycle dude. Looking forward to your end results.

Howzit gents..

I really wanna step things up and bulk even more in the last part of my current cycle.

At this stage I have packed on around 4kg's >> very lean muscle. No water retention. Feel and look so much bigger then 4kg's, but getting lean at the same time. My aim has been to bulk. I'm battering to do that, as always!

Okay.. so this is what my daily consumption looks like... And it's 99.9% accurate.
I need to consume about 3000 Kcals to bulk with my current stats.

H:168cm
W: 77kg's
A:40 yrs
BF: Around: 10%

My current consumption is around 7500 Kcals. I mean WTF :blink:

I Train [weight training at 5am] swim as cardio 3 times a week in the evenings. This is what my current daily nutrition looks like...

4:15am
Pre workout: 5g L-Argine + 10g Beta Alanine 4:45am [meal 1] 90g Rolled Oats 45g raisins 90g Whey Isolate

5:10am: Work out

6:30am:
Post work out
60-90g 100% whey Isolate
60g Dextrose
10g L-Glutimine
10g BCAA's
5g L-Argine
5g Beta Alanine

7:45am [meal 2]
8 egg whites [cooked] nothing added
40g rolled oats, mixed with Banana, strawbwperries, pumpkin seeds, miracle berry mix, Gogi berries, >> brand: [all natures Choice] + kewi fruit, apple, fresh granadilla, all mixed together with with Low fat yoghurt about 30g.

Vitamins:
2 x Vit C - Ester - Biogen
1000mg Evening Primrose Oil [omega 6]
1000mg Fish oil concentrate [omega 3]
2 x Essential > liver support
2 x Pro Guard

09:15am [meal 3 - added in to try bulk]
150g Sweet potato
80g Broccoli

10:15am [meal 4]
1 x full can tuna (in brine) (22 protein)
1 x half can chicken breast (in brine) (12g protein) 150 G sweet potato or Plain brown rice or can of Woolies lentils or chick peas or kidney beans, or a mex of them all.

1 x full grape fruit.
1 x table spoon of Flax Oil.

12:00 [meal 5]
40g protein in the form either herring fish or salmon or smoked lean beef or smoke chicken breast or Ostrich snap sticks from woolworths.
40g of plain, unsalted almonds.
One huge bowl (+ - 500g) of mixed raw vegetables.. Consisting of tender steams, red sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes or dried cherry tomatoes, olives, peas, manège touts, cucumber, baby corn and raw peas. >> all totally raw.

14:00 [meal 6] - lunch
Protein: 40 - 60g of either grilled mini chicken filets, ostrich filet, beef filet steak or hake.
Carbs: (+- 100 - 150g) wholewheat pasta or sweet potato or bown basmati rice with quinoa Always include steamed broccoli, Asparagus and Avo. Eat loads of Avo. Almost every day.

15:30pm [meal 7 added in to try bulk]
150g Sweet potato
80g Broccoli

17:30 [meal 8] snack
1 x full can tuna (in brine)
1 x half can of chicken breast (in brine) 150 G sweet potato or Plain brown rice or can of Woolies lentils or chick peas or kidney beans, or a mex of them all.
1 table spoon of flex oil.

18:45 [meal 9] Dinner
Protein: 40 - 60g of either chicken breast or chicken pieces, ostrich steak, filet steak, or hake. Woolworth's lean mince: 50% beef, 50% Ostrich.
Carbs: (+- 100 - 150g) wholewheat pasta or sweet potato or bown basmati rice.
Lots of steamed veggies or a salad with dinner every night.

21:15 [meal 10]
6 egg white, cooked, nothing added.
8 x low GI corn cakes.
80g whey protein concentrate with I spoon milo.

1000mg Evening Primrose Oil [omega 6]
1000mg Fish oil concentrate [omega 3]
2 x Essential > liver support

+ I drink at least 2.5L of water every day.
I have a cheat meal once a week and occasionally on a weekend. My dinners and launches have a lot more variety but I cant post it all. Please feel free to ask any questions. Please give me your thoughts ..??

have u tried dropping your cardio for a bit. i used to be a swimmer and then lean as shit. its great cardio and great for weight loss. but try dropping it a bit to gain weight. just my 2cents

What does your split come to?

I reckon there could also be a a bit to much sugar in your "meal 2"

I'm no expert I based my diet on DJ's stickies.

Running 500 cals over maintenance with a 40/40/20 split.

Kuifie, bru your 2cents worth make sense, thanks. I actually use a buoy so I only use my upper body, because I loose mass so fast in my legs, with any cardio. But yeah, maybe I'll cut it down to once a week. Thanks bru! ;)

Not sure about the exact split hey bru. But because I am such a hard gainer.. It's never really been a concern. I like to think I have a pretty above average understanding of nutrition and have just gone on my gut feel and what works for my body. Perhaps I do need to adopt a more scientific approach.

Been training solid for 7 years Oupa. Weighed around 53kg's when I started. Had an inguinal hernia repair done on left and right - 5/6 years ago. Probably aggravated going to heavy on squats. Doc did good repair, so can go heavy as I like now. Other than that.. Rotator cuff sometimes sore if I dumbbell chest over 90kg's >> [45kg / side]

This is my 3rd prober cycles. And one before that... was a total mess. Knew nothing at all >> stupid! It was just test anyway. Messed up the PCT.. Was crazy.

Have run test blend, test E, Equi, Tren A and now Deca.

This is what my Tren cycle looked liked.. >> proudly stamped by chief 'Oupa' ;)

Tren 8 weeks @ your dose (80mg)
Test 10 weeks @ your dose (150mg)
Masteron 10 weeks @ your dose (100mg)
Anavar week 4 to 12 @ 60mg ED
T3 - 40mcg ED till pct starts. Do a thyroid pct while you do pct3.
HCG from week 4 to 12 @ 250iu twice a week. PCT starts 2 days after last anavar.

Howzit everyone..

I'm feeling lank excited today. I have packed on another 1.5kg's. I'm now at 78.5kg's. And still zero increase in body fat or water retention. If anything it's going down. This week was a great week for me. Strength is up a lot. I had a really sore rotator cuff two weeks ago from dumbbell press and in a week it had totally healed. No discomfort at all. Normally will hang around for weeks >> I was blown away by that. :woohoo: I cannot believe the recovery on this cycle. Yesterday I worked legs F#*ck hard.. Today they were soooo sore in the morning, tonight it feels like I could train them again tomorrow. Maybe it's also helped that I have added more carbs to my diet?

I'm just surprised cause I'm already into the 10th week of Deca and feels like it's only kicking in now. Is that possible? Feeling really motivated at this point. And loads of comments about my progress form guys at my gym. So I'm sure I'm on point. ;)

Beating PB is always a good feeling but really not worth the risk if your sacrificing form. Like if you can only just get 10 reps out on a certain weight going up isn't a very clever idea because getting only 4 or five reps out on a weight is training your ego not your muscle. Your not spending enough time under tension to illiset growth.
It comes down to are you wanting to develop your physic or power lift.!
Only once you've sustained a serious injury wich knocks months of your journey will you realize that going up In weight before your body was ready that that 1 set wasn't worth it.

Go big or go home...
