I can do the honey the problem is with meal 4 I normally use the olive oil to either strirfry my veg or as a salad dressing and with meal 6 I can't eat penut butter on its own  and it doesn't mix with cassien because if I blend the cassien it gets to thick and I can't get it out.

You cant eat peanut butter on its own! Blasphemy. Hahaha, just kidding. But peanut butter just like that is pudding for me.

So maybe do this.

Meal 4 - keep 1tbsp olive oil and add 25g almonds

Meal 6 - either increase almonds or swap for 2tbsp flaxseed oil

Looks good, just a few questions quick

1. When do you wake
2. What is your 1st Meal?
3. How long after you wake do you have your first meal?

I wake up at about 4:30 and eat the oats and whey straight away then I go back to bed for half and hour sometimes I sleep sometimes if my wife lets me I have her
Then I get up just after 5 down half my PWO and a caffeine pill and hit the gym by between 5:30 and 6 refill the PWO and sip it throughout with 1.5lt or more of water.
Then straight after I have whey and vitargo and then my chicken and rice by 8

Hey gents ill post some pics tomorrow after my assessment but alls going well, I'm up to 98.5kg first thing with all abs still clearly visible so Bf has dropped if anything.

One thing I started the var on Monday and as I post this I'm lying flat on my back in bed with lower back pumps... Eish ...! anything I can take to help with this? I trained back this morning and do deadlifts last, after one warm up set I had to go home.

Another thing is that even though I'm eating loads of veg and taking Psyllium husks I keep bloating and don't go for a couple of days, on 4000cals this can be quite uncomfortable... Any ideas?
I end up having to take some Senokot so that I'm empty to do my weekly weigh in.
I thought it may be over training so I dropped my cardio and have 2 full rest days a week but still end up bloating.

Looking lean and hard with some nice vacularity going.

And if you like hot stuff, add chilies and hot sauces to your diet. Helps me personally with keeping regular with morning throne sessions.

On 4000kcals and with a lot of fibre you should be on the throne every couple of hours. Honestly bud if I were you I would go to a doctor and have it checked out.

I think it may be the cassien so I'm going to swap that for whey with fibre in it before bed and see how that goes.

Casein did exactly the same to me, I removed it from my diet and all was well again
