Hey gents

Just a quick one, I'm reassessing my suppliments and what are your views on bcaa? Surely if your getting enough protien in and having a PWO shake you don't really need them?

Whey, dextrose, glutamine and creatine should be all you really need? And when I hit pct I'm going to get a really nice pre workout to help with focuse but that's not something I would normally use.

Well Rhino the do decrease serotonin which creates fatigue, they make up a third of muscle protein, speed up recovery, absorb protein, stimulate insulin production and help prevent protein breakdown and muscle loss. IMO. lets hear some other opinions.

Personally would not drop bcaa's. Especially after pct or at deficit diet.

BCAA´s are important and very cheap. From those you listed the first thing to go is Glutamine.

Just a quick update. So I'm in week 11 and finished with Npp last week and to be honest I feel much better being back on test and var. I don't think npp is for me I suffered from night sweats and battled sleeping, the last couple of nights have been great I've slept well and feel much better.
Next cycle will be equi I can't see myself doing npp again.
Ye so I've upped the test e to 900 for the next 2 weeks with 80mg var, then ill use prop for the first 2 weeks of my bridge I'm weighing 98.5 empty and my bf is probably 8 or just under so ill only cut cals a week into my bridge because I don't really have much fat that I need to lose.
Ill post more pics soon

Remember that you you will have to wait much longer than 3x half-life for PCT to start bud.

Hey Pyro
How long do you think after I stop the test e @900 a week?
Ill only be running prop @ 100 eod for 2 weeks of the bridge, I've got bucket loads of Var if I need to extend my bridge a bit.

Hey Gents so I want to start leaning out a bit, ill obviously up the cardio a bit now dropping cals...i was thinking about dropping back to maintenance for a couple of weeks first and see how that goes rather than dropping below maintenance.
What are your thoughts? I don't have much to loose

Hey Gents

So I've just had my last shop of test e :(
Now my question is when would you start the prop? On Monday when I'd normally have my next pin or on Saturday?

Thanks

Sorry another question. I've got some YHCL that I may as well give a go but I don't see the point on training days if I eat as soon as I wake up and then gym. Surely the insulin spike will just kill it?
I can take it on non training days before my fasted cardio but is there any point only 2 days a week or would you have it with breakfast on training days?

Take it during your gym session, that's what I do if I am eating carbs before hand. Eat an hour before, gym 30mins and take, finish weights go to cardio about 15min later.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
