Pre-workout is okay but just drink a shitload of water with it.

I reckon it's a good starting point. Some people eat 700g carbs a day and their bodies thank them for it, some people can't eat 150g of carbs without blowing up like the Hindenburg.

Hey gents, so been racking my head about this diet what do you think to this

Meal1- 1 cup oats
Pre workout
Post work out-50 grams whey, 50 grams vitargo
Meal2- 250 grams chicken, 1 cup basmati, 1 cup veg
Meal3- 250 grams chicken, 1 cup veg, 1 tbol spoon oliv oil
Meal4- 1cup mushrooms, 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites
Meal5- 250 grams lean mince or steak, 300g potatoes, 1 cup veg, 1tbl spoon olive oil
Meal6- 50 grams whey, 20g peanut butter

That works out to 3321 cals
78 fat
304 carbs
343 protien

Ill do 20 min cardio post training 4 days a week

Will I be eating enough for a lean bulk and does that look ok?
I've got carbs in meal 5 because I have to eat carbs in the evening to fill me and that's what I've been doing on my cut with great success.

Thanks guys

If you are gonna eat carbs at night then try to make it a lower GI carb, not potatoe which is on the higher side.

Hey Gents
Well I have all my ducks in a row to get started with my cycle next week.
I've been rethinking my no front load idea though... I've got a load of Var wich I was going to bridge with but now I'm thinking about just doing the var for the first 7 weeks at 60mg ED or even 5 weeks at 80 mg as a front load?
I can always bridge with some winny and prov, or should I just stop letting this var burn a hole in my pocket and stick to my plan.

Thanks Guys

Hey Gents

Just a quick question should I still be doing PWO cardio?
I dont want to pick up to much fat but then I don't want to waist cals that could be needed to build...
I've was doing 30min 7 days a week while cutting and I've added over 660 cals now with my cycle.

I'm just not sure if I should do just 15min POW on training days or leave it for this week and see how it goes.

It really depends on how easily you pick up fat and how clean your diet is. With a squeeky clean diet most only need to do cardio twice a week, the lucky ones zero, and others four times a week. You just need to find your sweetspot Rhino.

I would rather start cardio from the beginning because
1) Better to never let the fat grab hold
2) Cardio aids in speeding up metabolism so you can eat more
3) You will recover faster

Ok well I'm one week in obviously nothing to really report yet except that this morning empty this first think I'm up 2.5kg...? My abs are still clearly visible possibly even more so.
The only thing I can think of is that after being on low carbs for so long my muscles have filled out a bit from the beautiful carbs:-)
It's not water as I didn't front load and I'm on .2mg adex eod.

Anyway ill keep you posted
Have a wicked Sunday Lads

It's a body recomposition. If your activity level is high enough and your diet spot on then it can happen. Nice one!

What's your guys thoughts about fasted cardio while lean bulking? Thursday is my off day but I want to do some fasted cardio but I'm worried about the time between my last meal at about 7:30pm and only eating my oats at 7am after cardio. Or should I eat my oats as soon as I wake up before my cardio.
Maybe I should just save the fasted cardio until I start cutting with my long bridge?

Your thoughts
