So I've just had my last shop of test e :(
Now my question is when would you start the prop? On Monday when I'd normally have my next pin or on Saturday?

Thanks

Hey gents well I'm leaning out nicely and my weight has stayed put at 99 empty and naked first thing so maintenance cals and extra cardio seems to be working a treat so far. I've been taking yohimbine at 10mg first thing on fasted cardio days and in the afternoon on training days before cardio but to be honest I don't feel a thing, should I be feeling sides? Should I up the dose?
Then on the Igf front I couldn't get Syntrop and ended up getting Synthesis wich ill start with my pct. now I've been thinking about dose and maybe doing 100mcg 3 days a week for a month. What are your thoughts? I just think if I'm only injecting EOD day at least if I do the whole vile I no it should still be igf and not have degraded.
Also I no I need to inject straight after training but I'm not going to inject at the gym so it'll be about 15min PWO now should I hold off on my PWO shake until after I've injected instead of as I'm walking out of the gym?

How would you go about it MA?

Thanks in advance Gents

I'm very interested to hear how your results are with Synthesis LR3-IGF1. Look, just from my research the best way to do it is post workout, Intra muscular, into the muscle trained, Igf-1 has localized effect on the muscle injected, so you could think about injecting lagging muscle groups more often to improve them. Injecting IM also kicks in faster the Subq. I would advise you to try 30-40mcg after weight training sessions. So if you train 5 times a week and take 40mcg post workout, you can run it at 200mcg EW for 5 weeks.

Hey Bro
Ye I was planning on something like that but after reading that one post of Koe's and DJ's they recon you should do M/W/F Into lagging muscle groups so I'm a bit confused at the moment, also if you use the water it comes with apparently even in the fridge it'll only last 48hours and then it's screwed..?
There are just so many contradicting oppinions I hope MA gives us his thoughts on how he'd run it
I'll be starting towards th end of the month so I'll have a final assessment at the end of my bridge open a igf log and we can see how this stuff works as far as keeping gains go.
I no Yohombine ran igf at 100mcg 3 times a week and he seemed quite clued up on his peptides

Have you got the 10x 100mcg vials or 1x 1mg vial? The peptide will last much longer in bacteriostatic water than sterile NaCl solution water so if you can get bac water (with benzyl alcohol as preservative) get that.

A mod on another popular forum who is a straight up guy did a test to compare the effects of IGF1 dissolved in 0.6% acetic acid solution, with IGF1 dissolved in bac water. He used the 1mg vials ran each for 2 months with a break between each cycle and he found that he got the same kind of results from both cycles and that even that the end of the cycle using the IGF1 mixed in bac water it still was potent. Conclusion was that acetic acid is unnecessary.

Ok so that's purely anecdotal but I believe it.

I wouldn't bother with under 50mcg per dose or anything under 200mg/week. 50mcg split bilaterally into the worked muscle group is a good place to start. IGF1 LR3 has a very long half life so despite the arguments, people get good results whether they pin preworkout or post workout. But the science does seem to back up post workout being best.

Thanks MA much appreciated. It comes in 10- 100mcg vials.
I think the first dose ill do Pre workout to see if the stuff gives me a pump and is actually any good plus doing it emidiatly post work out won't always be possible as I don't really want to carry the stuff around with me, I train first thing and I don't really want to delay a meal waiting for my pin. if I'm going to use it Monday/Tuesday/Friday it's probable best to do 100mcg split bilaterally so that I get to 300mcg a week?
Thanks for your help

Structure is good. Lots of protein damn dude not sure it is necessary. I know we have the same problem regarding eating pre-workout (I can´t eat anything filling or I get proper naar) so if those oats make you feel shit then you are free to replace it with fruit or anything you like actually.

Ok so I've just finished PCT And the boys are back to size but I still don't want to Bat my wife... She's hot so it's me with the problem. Should I do some more HCG ,give it a couple of weeks And see or give it 5 weeks and do bloods?
I'm looking at doing a Tren/Mas/Test cycle at the end of March(with DJ's help of coarse..) but need to get my wife satisfied first

All the best bru. Best thing you could ever do. I gave up last year after going for the Alan Carr seminar.

Only advise to you is write down the reasons why you have quit as a note on your phone, and use it to remind yourself why you have quite every time you get the urge.

The whole point Alan Carr was trying to make is to forget about the fact that you aren´t smoking anymore and carry on with your life. Feel sorry for those that do smoke. It´s only the first 5 days where the Nicotine is still in your system where you can get physical withdrawel, from there it´s all mental. Wise choice Rhino.
