Had measurements done on Saturday and they were as follows:

Weight: 60,1kg's
BF: 12%

My coach is happy and so am I. We will just lean out a bit more but other than that we seem to be on track. Got 6 weeks left so if we could get to under 10 or close to 10% bf I will be ecstatic. No changes to diet and training so just going to push harder now.

Now to find an evening gown :pinch:

Hi Nillie,

I don't mind at all. If I remember correctly FIllet asked for it and it is posted on page 1 or 2. Please just keep in mind that what works for me might not work for you.

And I am not taking any other vitamins, BCAA's or aminosure. Only whey protein, anavar and yohimbine.
