Under the diet stickies there are calculations etc that you can look at to help asses what you need. I will have a look at your thread a bit later and see if I can help a bit more.

I think my calories are a bit high at the moment because I am starting to getting very smooth look to me , it might be the water retention from the dbol ??

My smaller cuts and definition is starting to fade away , my abs especially , but my arms are getting leaner and more vascular

I have noticed a increase in my strength but not yet much in size

I think cardio is critical, even when bulking.

1. You need to be fit to train hard & recover quickly between sets, esp on the big lifts.
Else your workouts get longer & longer as you need more rest between sets to recover.
This drops the relative intensity of your training. You can train hard or you can train long, but seldom both.

2. As you gain weight i.e. 10kgs & more, you might notice yourself huffing and puffing just moving around town, up stairs, etc. That's cos your heart has to move blood around more tissue and 10kgs is more than 10% of our body weight (for most of us)

Bottom line, be fit before you start & remain fit throughout.

It will also help avoid any fat accumulation if you are "over eating" and bring thing back in line fast, if you are, with small tweaks to your macros & portion sizes.

Don't piss about though. Do the cardio, get it done!

May as well do HIIT for 20 min and move on.
Walking for 20 at low intensity is like doing 1000 curls with a salt shaker - you'll be ready for the jerk-off Olympics, but won't have guns.

Oky so my new game plan for week 3 and 4

10min warm up walk on the treadmill , weights and then a 30min high incline brisk walk to end my session

Add in some abs 3 time a week maybe 4 time a week and then report if I have started to get my definition back or not , if not I'm just going out on a full balst bulk and wil diet down 6 weeks after pct

Maybe relook at your plan.
warmup your muscles you're gonna work.
Don't waste time walking if you training chest.
do light upper body movements to warm up.
press ups, lateral raises, etc.

Cycling & steps are good for leg Days.

As for cardio, do what you need.
90 - 130 minutes a week Hiit, no more if not needed.
else your sessions in the gym are gonna get real long.
do cardio on "rest" days I.e. active recovery.
even better if you can do it out the gym. Play soccer, tennis, ride, just have fun.
12 weeks on cycle, all work and no play, makes jack a sad Mofo.

If that doesn't keep you lean, manage the timing of your carbs and or trim carbs.
IMO, Rather make respectable lean gains & keep most than podge, diet off cycle and loose lean gains.

This has been a shit week , I have been sick the whole week and have really struggled to eat all my food

I changed up my rice from brown rice to basmati rice and got super bloated from the basmati rice , so this means I am going back to normal brown rice

Weight has not picked up this week , did get a bit stronger in my lifts , size wise I am still the same , and I need to add in the cardio to preserve the abs as the are starting to fade away

I am thinking of cutting down on dextros in my post workout shake , maybe cut down the dextros to 30g and protein to 60g post workout and add in a bit more rice to my 1 hour after post workout meal

Still feeling sick and have sinus like a mofo , nose starts bleeding now and then and my pee is very yellow

And that's about it for an update for the week , I hope to feel better by tomorrow

Drink more water.
You're loading with lots for your kidneys to deal with.

Up your water till you're peeing clear.

Hope you feel better

DK, is your urine dark or light? What's your creatine, multivitamin and vitamin C usage like? Are you feeling sick or are you actually ill?

Vitamin B will make your urine that color.. always good to have dip sticks on hand and just check for blood and/or protein

I wouldn't worry about the colour of your urine since you're taking vitamin B complex. You aren't taking anything that can mess your liver up so quickly. You might just have some 'test flu' and your body is adjusting to the new hormones. Don't stress. Give it another week and see how things are.
