Hay guys

I have a PCT question

What do I do with my calories in PCT and after PCT do I keep it in a calorie surplus or do I go to maintenance calories and for how long do I keep my calories this way before going in to a slight calorie defect to cut down on the bodyfat gained from the bulking cycle?

The real answer is, you need to work it out based on how your body reacts and your specific goals.

But, IMO, dropping calories after PCT, before you are fully recovered, is looking to loose gains.

I'd go with maintenance calories as a minimum until everything is settled.
I'd also look to cut while on cycle, next time.
Dieting off cycle I lost a lot of muscle.

But again, you need to find what works for you.

I don't like the idea of cutting while I am on a bulking cycle , I would rather do a full bulk and do it correctly that's my opinion

Oky so keep calories on maintenance for about 2 months post PCT

After that I can use clen while I diet down as clen has the ability to keep muscle gains while loosing fat

If I drop calories and add in cardio in my winstrol brigde , would that cut into my muscle gains?

Hay guys

Oky so I'm not sure if this will work or not , but I need to find out with you guys first , I want to keep bulking for my last 3 weeks of test and then cut on my winstrol bridge

Will this cut into my gains I made on cycle ? Will I start losing my gains or will the winstrol keep my gains while I am in a caloric deficit

I came across the worst video I have seen today on tigerfitness.com about mark lobliner saying that PCT is the worst thing ever to do as u will lose all your gains and if u decide to use steroids u should never come of steroids because els u will lose all your gain

He is suggestion permanent blast and cruise

This go's against everything I have learned on this form about the proper use of steroids and the maintenance of muscle gains and having a future as a healthy competitive bodybuilder with a proper career

So I would just like to know some experienced opinions about this because I am not using steroids to look good on the beach I am using steroids to have a future in competitive bodybuilding and if blast and cruise is the way to maintain gains I am willing to do this , would just please like some more experienced input about this

I hear this often from people who don't know what a proper PCT is. Don't sweat it bud there is a lot of crap out there just keep your head pointing in the right direction and forget crap like this.

Haha thank you pyro for keeping my head clean when I hear shit like this , and really thanx a lot for everything I have learned and that I am one of the very few ppl that got the chance to learn the correct way of using and cycling AAS

I can't even start to imagine how many ppl there are now following this guys youtube channel and thinking he is the shit and he is so amazing , and all of them are following he's "rules" of blast and cruise

He is exactly the opposite to everything I have learned about AAS , from what I have learned from all you guys and experts on this , with proper planing , a proper pct u will be able to use AAS MUCH more successfully for a MUCH longer time period in your life with MUCH less negativity and long term damage and side effect

Fine blast and cruise will work for a year or even for 3 years and u will keep your gains made on cycle , but for how long can your body keep this up??? For how long will your body be able to handle this and function like this?

You will have 5 great years of blasting and cruising and your body can't take it , where u will have 10 - 15 years of AAS cycling with PROPER PCT and the worst u can come off with will be TRT

Personally I think the way every one of you guys have teached me with HCG during cycle , PCT , no oral only cycle , test is the base of every cycle atc. Is for sure the best option to do and to follow as your body can't get TO used to each compound and u will get an effect out of your compounds although it will get les over time , but still it will make a difference , and u will be able to use for much longer in your life span meaning u will grow more and bigger and u will have a future in bodybuilding because you will be around for longer so u could become a recognized face in the sport

I'm just super pissed off that someone would miss lead ppl like this and try and call him self an ambassadors to bodybuilding

That is why a forum like this one is so valuable. It allows you to openly discuss all aspects with experienced guys like MA, Pyro, Admin, Oupa, etc, etc, and not end up screwing your body in the long run. These are guys that have a great understanding of long term consequences and their advice is a million times more valuable then You tube wonders trying to gain hits and fame!

That's is true Nate , but once again if that youtube channel get 1000 view that will mean there is going to be 1000 guys screwing up them selves because this idiot is giving them wrong information and to think a 18year old hot head is going to be following this guys advice and well be on TRT when he hits the age of 25 and he's body will be fucked already

Oky great thank you very much pyro , so could I do just maintenance calories + 50mg winstrol per day and maybe add in 60mcg clen to the mix

And I am thinking of doing 60min steady state cardio directly after my workout , I know a lot of you guys like the HIIT cardio method but I don't fancy it I like my long walks on the beach " treadmill" hahaha

And the reason I want to keep my calories at maintenance is because I am going to burn calories into a deficit or should I go with a slight caloric deficit instead?

50mg winstrol is too much for your weight and I find this is where the side effects hit hard. 30-40mg is perfect (40mg if you tolerate Stan well). With Clen you run my protocol (yours is kak) and add Yoh in there too. Clen + Yoh + DHT = Mad results!

I would not do maintenance calories I would drop cals very low because you won't lose muscle.

Hay guys

I am of the protein shakes now as I have realized that when I use protein shake very day my stomach get very very bloated and uncomfortable so I am off the shake for now

What would be the best substitute for shake post workout?

Whole eggs or tuna ?
The price of eggs are a bit high so throwing away the yolk is wasting money

I was thinking of eggs 2 as it is the most purest form of protein , but with me using the yolk and not just the whites I am afraid that the fat from the yolk will slow down digestion , and I was think that tuna in water would be digested faster as there is very little fat , 0.2g per tin

So I am just wondering what would be the best option between these 2

Hahaha Ask them to turn off the lights and use only scented candles. You should read my Yohimbjne article it explains the protocol and all essential info including the carbs Q. All I'm gonna say for free is you can drop cals a lot lower than you think. ;)
