Hay guys

Oky so was thinking about something .. would the caffeine tablets cause a insulin spike and with that blunt out the effect of the yoh or do I still take all 3 substances 30 min pre fasted cardio ??

I'm starting on 10mg sdrol .. that's just one tablet how should I use this as it won't be able to have steady blood level of the sdrol at 10mg ?? The half life is 8 hour's so when should I take it or should I start at 20mg per day

If you want to start of with one a day go an hour or two pre workout otherwise 2 a day split. Worked for me.

I think I am going to do the split .. 8 hour's apart , 6 and 1 or 7 and 2 .. should I get my self a pre workout ??

Yes the hormones would be more stable by splitting the dosage throughout the day but with 10mg it wont make too much of a difference. I wouldn't go below or above 20mg with superdrol - any less I find to be too little and any more and there are nasty sides.

Yeah, sdrol seems to like glycogen retention. Will swell you up quickly with high carbs and the higher carb intake has said to help with the lethargy too.

As Fakey said, glycogen retention is the main reason for sdrol creating such a good look. Without the carbs you will look flat - with high carbs you'll be looking like a Greek God in no time!

Oky so tomorrow is the start of my bridge and I would love input from everyone please

Cardio:
30min fasted cardio + 20min post workout cardio

Training:
6 days a week

Diet:
250g protein
300g carbs
60g fats

I'll give a better calorie break down in a few min as soon as I work it out with my fitness pal

Oky so I am hoping to lower calories and carbs every 10 days while in Bridge and not relying on cardio to much to drop body fat hope this will be a good choice

Clen , yoh , caffeine each morning prior to fasted cardio and a split dosage of sdrol throughout the day

First carb meal will be +- 60 to 90 min after fasted cardio

Do I need anything more to drop bf ?? More cardio less calories any suggestions and input will be more than welcome

Hay guys
Day 4 on sdrol

Is it possible to have a massive and rapid increase in strength in just 4 days ?? And a well everything irritates me at the moment

Squats today 140kg 15 reps deep square past horizontal and single leg , leg press 90kg 15 reps and knees touching my chest no cheating kak

Is this just a good day for legs or did the sdrol kick in ??

Consider the following: how was your gains curve so far on cycle? Can it be apportioned to the other compounds? Also consider what was your previous 15 rep max. From what I understand 1 week into sdrol it starts to show, not sure when you *feel* it. I'm sure Nate will shed some light.

Either way, 140 x 15 ass to the grass is commendable. Just hope you're using a cage or a catch. Don't 1RM without these and a spotter or you'll be going to snap city.

I was defenetly in the power rack + spotter haha and as you said ass to the grass all the way... well I came from 95kg to a abs visible 103kg and before diet I was at 105kg that was my max weight on cycle ... my last 15 reps squat was 120kg

Nothing beats Sdrol for a fast, insane strength boost. Unfortunately most of the strength gains goes pretty soon after you get off. Impressive squats.

You will lose most of the gains, almost all of them unfortunately. Amazing compound to be on but coming off will probably mean losing most of them
