I herd that you need the other 2 aminos in the BCAA stack for your body to be able to use leusine , it this true??

I'm planning on 5g before fasted cardio , 5g after cardio , 5g before or during my workout and 5g after my workout

This is my plan especially in my bridge when calories will be very low

And I'm thinking of maybe getting me some iso whey from BSSA but then the 5g BCAA post workout will be taken out

Any suggestions to this??

And one last thing , should I get only the BCAA or additional leucine together? Like 500g BCAA + 500g leucine or is this unnecessary?

Ja that's right bro. Leucine alone illicits protein synthesis but all BCAAs are needed for growth/ anti catabolism. Don't take BCAAs before fasted cardio, Leucine alone can cause insulin raise. Add BCAAs to your pre and, if your post is lacking, there as well.

No problem bra. Just wait a while after cardio, and have breakfast as usual. You aren't burning through muscle or anything like that.

I'm thinking its because of the winstrol - yoh and clen hay? It will keep me anabolic and not make my body eat into muscle

Could I by any chance swop the winstrol for superdrol instead?

I assume you're referring to your bridge?

If so, yes you can use Sdrol.
However, it does potentially have progestin like sides.
It's also harsh on your system so maybe 3 - 4 weeks max.
Also, some people don't feel well on it.

Although I ran 30mg/day for 4 weeks no issues.

But there is only one way to know for yourself....

I think Winstrol is the more traditional bridge.

But Sdrol will work like a good thing too.
Probably add more muscle with Sdrol.

If it were me I would do Winstrol. Everyone knows how much I love superdrol but it's definitely a cosmetic compound when you are actually on it, I feel like you lose a lot of what you "gained" because the glycogen retention in superdrol is so amazing. Winstrol is very anabolic and is probably better for what you're trying to do. It is also less toxic on your body which is a benefit towards the end of the cycle.

Always a pleasure Donkiekong. 50mg per day would do the job well, I haven't seen what Pyro has said but I wouldn't say to drop it lower than 40mg for someone your size because you're quite a unit haha.

Haha thank you hormoneas I appreciate it

So my thought of the bridge then
50mg winni per day
Clen
Yoh

40min fasted cardio + 40min cardio after my workout

5g BCAA post fasted cardio , 5g BCAA pre workout , 5g BCAA post workout + 40g iso whey from BSSA

My diet would be no to very little carbs so that the insulin doesn't demolish the effects of the yoh , but as I have herd by furk , the luecine causes an insulin spike so would that effect my yoh then??

Hay guys , I have been thinking

I actually have no idea when to use the Yoh because if BCAA causes insulin spike , a lot of other stuff also cause an insulin spike and the insulin blunts the effects of Yoh

So when am I suppose to be using the Yoh?? Only in the morning with fasted cardio??

Yip, wake up, pop the yoh, clen, and caffeine (what ever is applicable). 30min after the yoh is taken you can start cardio. After cardio wait a while before eating breakfast.

Thank bud , you have been helping a lot , Should I buy a normal caffeine supplement or where do I get caffeine?

30min or 60min waiting period for breakfast after fasted cardio?

How important is BCAA going to be in the bridge??

Dude, you can get Caffeine pills from a pharmacy. Biogen sells them and another old classic is Regmakers.

Wait as long as you feel comfortable, but in the very least 30min.

Depends, you still want to use them as a post? If so get some and drink like 10-20mg after workout, that gives you a window to find a proper meal. So if you don't use whey post and you don't have whey already, you can give the BCAAs and whole food a shot (I prefer this way). Personally I used BCAAs to train fasted, before lifting I drink 10mg, train, then eat.

Well I guess using bcaa will only benefit me especially while I'm going to run a SUPER low calorie diet , but I am going to add in the whey protein isolate aswell post workout

So adding bcaa to my diet will only be a benefit hay?

And now while on my bridge , could I include so low GI carbs before a workout and a bit of dextros with my post workout shake?

Or should I cut out all carbs?

Hi guys my dextros are done , could I use normal sugar directly after my workout or honey? Just want to mix and change it up a bit don't want to rely strictly on supplements ?? Any suggestions on a natural Source of dextros or multidextin for post workout use?

Isotonic sports drinks (Game, Energade, Powerade, Lucazade etc), wine gums, gummy bears, marshmallows, jelly tots, the list goes on. Just use anything that is mostly glucose on the ingredient list. Table sugar is okay I guess, but it's half fructose - half glucose, so I reluctantly advise it.

Oky so for my bridge I will be using only oats and sweet potato and only around my workouts , before and post workout

I'm going to give game a try , and them maybe some honey and change it a bit and see how my body will react to a more natural source of glucose

Oky and then I will definitely be getting me BCAA as well
