Imagine if that was possible, we would all look like Kai Green in 3 cycles.

Not possible.

Hay big guy

Well actually I don't feel anything except some great strength ... I'll run the sdrol this week for 20mg but the week after this I am upping it to 30mg but the hardness of my muscle is different I have harder muscle now and the muscle bellies seem to be getting fuller by the day so this week coming is going to be fun!!

To he dead honest I am not feeling any different and I am thinking of going to 30mg very soon ... the most shocking thing that I have noticed is my weight ... my weight fasted is 101kg and last week my weight was at 105kg so that I can not explain unless sdrol burns fat and the combination of yoh+clen+caffeine+sdrol is the best fat burning stack ever

Three crucial things I have learnt from the pros on here if you are using superdrol:
(1) Increase water intake
(2) Increase daily carb intake
(3) Get more sleep.

Enjoy it my bro.

F##k that must be boring. You go jogging? You must be really lean though, milking the Yohimbine for all it's worth. You've got super dedication though, well done on progress mate.

Thank you bud , all the cardio is giving me a flat look but as soon as I reach my desired bf% I will up calories to maintenance and reduce cardio to 3 times weekly and only 30min session

This is all about experimenting with my body through trial and error

My theory or plan is to drop bf% as low as possible and then go to maintenance calories hoping that the calories will fill me back up

The reason why I want to go down in bf% is to have a better understanding of how much of my weight is real or true muscle so that I can plan my future for there on and to see what kind of muscle I have gained with this cycle

Probably not the best way in many people's eyes but we learn from our mistakes and I have to learn how my own body responds and acts

But so far the cardio and fat burners are really really making me loose weight fast and It might be muscle or it might be fat and water as well as the inter muscular water from the test but all I know for sure is that I'm dropping weight like crazy and becoming more vascular DAYLEY

Hay guys I'm a bit stuck

If I calculate my bmr I get 2200 and then I × my activity level that would be 1.55 and I get 3400cals as maintenance is that correct

99kg
1.85m
22age

To los weight or bf I Leed to subtract 500 cals which would be 2900cals per day correct? ???

Wow thank you so much admin that was sooo easy haha great app ... I train 5 some times 6 days a week + cardio in the morning so would it be oky if I choose 1.55 as my activity level

I made a huge mistake my fist week and a half of my bridge I had my calories at 2100 which is way to low and that might be the reason for the drastic weight los and very flat look I have at the moment

I say that the calories are to low because in the sticky diet101 it says to be in a 500 calories deficit and me being on 2100 cals is 1300 calories deficit and I think I might have lost a lot of muscle because I'm not as full and hard as I was just before I started the cardio and low calories

Oky so 2041 × 1.55 = 3163

So I have to subtract 500 cals

3163 - 500 = 2663

And I'll take a even number so 2600 is where my calories should be at then ???

I was thinking about something today

If I am not happy with my cut or bridge and my bf% is not what I want it to be , do I just go to pct and wait to cycle again or can I extend with prop till I reach my desired bf% and do a big pct?
