Oky for the guys who want to follow this i will post the cycle up for my comp


Week 1 - 8 test e @ 500mg pw
Week 6 - 12 test P @ 450mg pw
Week 2 - 12 tren a @ 400mg pw (taper up to see the reaction to tren)
Week 1 - 12 equi @ 700mg pw
Week 6 - 12 mast p @ 400mg pw

Still thinking between winni or anavar

Diet is super clean and its to lean down not to bulk up so yes calories are a bit low but protein is very high and carbs are not to much running at 200g carbs now

Weight at 99.10kg at the moment and leaning down very nice without any juice or fat burners

Protein i use is whey - chicken - hake and eggs so very light protein

Carbs are sweet potato - basmati rice and vitargo intra workout

What I meant was I was fatigued before my sprint
Gym is 6 km from home, so, I workout and I run home usually as I hate machines
But I didn't lift, no power today, maybe work stress
