Could I ask you a few questions regarding the cruse
I want to carry on up until Dec and this is not just for Dec I am planing on my first competitive season on stage in 2016 and I want to lean down as much as possible and keep the gain I have made Now in my "off season" if I can call it that and then by Jan 2016 have a really hard look at my self and work from there
So questions
1. Hcg - at what dosage (250iu × 2 week) for how long on and of or stay on the whole duration of the cruse
*** That hCG may become to much, at 250mg a week, as I said you will need to go on feel, if your nuts are like raisins you need more hCG, if they dropped then you taking enough or to much.. (Go by feel)
2. Would it make any difference between cyp and enth
*** No, I personally find less water on Enanthate over Cypionate, others find it the other way round.
3. 2 shots weekly or one shot weekly (example like 1 ml on a sunday)
*** Once a week is enough, I personally don't see a reason to inject twice.
4. While on a cruse can I carry on running calories slightly belowe maintenance?
*** You can but remember just because the gear is helping you stay anabolic it doesn't mean that your metabolism / and basic function requires more calories. If you immune system is starting to take a dive it's probably because you have reduced your calories to much, this will include sleep changes, lack of energy, mental dip, etc.
5. Will I need a AI during cruse ??
*** Only if you suffer from estrogen related sides, you can go with 1 drop of Letro EOD, keeping your estrogen slightly suppressed will help you harden up quicker, also prevent less fat deposits and the usual, water, skin, etc.
6. Is this time period to long on test to recover once I come off ??
*** Not based upon my personal experience, the hCG will help, and recovery might just need a bit more a tweak here and there...
Anyone else is more than welcome to update / disagree with my opinion and add any value they feel is required.
