2 weeks out, playing with some anapolin to get that extra fullness. This is after taking 50mg last night and 50mg this morning and having 1 meal.

Weight this morning was 90.1kgs so I will make weight.

I am adding in 50mg proviron a day from Monday, will stick with her 250mg test, 400mg primo and anavar. The anadrol will be run Thursday night, Friday morning, Friday night and then load carbs, I will do 0 cardio the week before the show, my legs need the time to relax of full out..

It's been a rough last few days, hunger , emotion ,lethargy. But getting it done.

Ffmi? Probably about 87kgs.

Been training and cycling for 16 years. Trt mainly for the last 3 years, and then took 2 years off completely when I got married.

You can search through the forum, I have gone from board line morbidly obese of 137kgs size 52inch pants down to a 28inch waist and competing at low level bodyfat.

Marathon run not a sprint race. Also learnt more about training and making sure that stays as hard as possible.

So I did my last skipload this last weekend, I am up 6.5kgs with water and fullness. I started proviron at 50mg a day today. Need to get my height checked at a dischem tomorrow to be 100% certain of what my weight limit can be, but feeling good so far this week and feel good with 11 days to make my weight cut off after my last big load..

When is the plan to drop the anadrol? Or are u waiting for the proviron to pull through with hardening then drop the anadrol ? Or are you going to keep the anadrol till before contest and drop it like 3 days out ?

The use of anadrol was just 1 day, to see how it full me out without watering over, seeing I have to make a weight class, I will always need the additional help to see me full out more. So 100mg was too much,so I will just use 50mg the night before with my load to give me some added fullness going into the show.

That's why I did the trial run. It needed to be done to see how the body reacts, and well it worked in my favour that is for certain...

I have been battling with sleep and my body was retaining massive water. I was 95.4kgs last night. I took 1 somnil before bed last night and slept the better part of 9 hours apart from waking up to pee 4x. I woke up at 91.1kgs and I have dropped another 0.9kgs through the morning from urination.

Clearly the lack of sleep was causing issues for me with regards to cortisol being elevated and now I got some good rest, combined with the proviron, the water has just come off.

I also had a hectic deep tissue massage on Monday morning which left my legs swollen as all hell, so I could see my ankles were swollen, but now that water has come off I am looking really tight and dry and will allow me to stop cardio and let the legs recover and full out.

Sleep on prep is daunting. Glad to see ur not cheating while u struggle with sleep, thats real discipline.

Whats the plans for the last 9 days? 1 more smaller load before weigh in or is that done and full focus now? Did you go get your height done? What's the number you need to reach in those 9 days ? Diuretic a day / 2 days before, or you playing that by ear?

I loaded some carbs tonight for legs tomorrow, will probably go 0 carb from Sunday to show day to get any excess water off and make sure I have no need to use a diuretic. 182cm so cut off is at 90.

I'm still us8ng yohimbine so there is still some water to come off of me, so that will only show in the last week, if I need to I will use half a renezide on Thursday night, and then see my weight in the morning, if not low enough a 1/4 of a renezide in the morning and then half the night before while I lost the carbs.

My night time weight is quite high currently cos im eating a lot of oats and creme of rice for carbs as it is a big volume of food to keep me fuller for longer, if need be I will switch to sweet potato the day of the weight in as it weights less for the same amount of carbs than a bowl of oats for eg.

Right now panicking about weight is pointless when I only have to weight in on Friday night. So starting diuretic early and fucking with electrolyte balance is just silly.

I also have been going for massage so that can cause water retention at this stage but not overly concerned just yet. I've done it where I have dropped 4.5kgs in 2 days so being this close to cut off with a week and a bit to go im not too worried.

Looking forward to meeting you too buddy.

From what I know they are doing 3 line ups at a time, then your spectators leave, and then then next 3 like that. Which means if they go on usual line ups for the show I'm gonna be in the 2nd batch of people.

Weight is still all over the show at night, starting to piss me off. But I still have a week to go, I made my cardio more intense today by putting planks under the front of my treadmill as my treadmill doesn't have an incline adjustment function..

By the looks of things I'm gonna have to go 0 carb 0 fat from Monday to make my weight. Fuck.
