How did you manage to drop from 89kg to 71kg? I am in a very similar position except that i am 1.72m. What did your program look like? Interested to see.

When I was 89kg - I was not health concious of myself. No proper eating - No gyming or sport. Initially I started only gyming. 3 days a week (cardio warmup) then weights. Slowly I started lossing. Training only helped me lose the initial 9 kgs. Then I got stuck for a while. Thats when I learnt that I had to change eating habits. I initially started by just changing to healthy choices. Low gi brown bread. Chicken. Only Weightless stuff.

i usually do 1 cycle a year, 16-20 weeks,i have tried shorter ones but yea not my thing....
currently on tren, equi, prop and super test and some dbol to front load, arimadex and proviron.got the gh sitting in my fridge but keep on forgetting to take it lol....also using heat at 6 caps a day...battle to sleep at night but in the last 4 weeks come from 105kgs to 96.8kgs,eating 3800 calories a day roughly and 30mins cardio 4 times a week and training with the SA heavy weight champion....looking the best i ever have at this weight, eating more than i ever have, and doing less cardio then i ever have....

My trainer is andrew hudson(sa heavy weight champion) and he has helped me leaps and bounds in my training....he also discovered my major problem as to my fat pattern storage on my body by having a conversation about me to Doctari...it turns out that i am insensetive to insulin(which goes to show why i cant handle big carbs) and we have managed to sort that out with a couple of things...this has been the best thing ever,my body now responds to the food i eat,the insulin sensitivity now means i can eat white rice and not gain fat like i used it... its madness... i owe andrew and the doc alot, but i also need to give Conan from the forum a MASSIVE shout out,he has helped me with any problems i have had in terms of questions and cycle designs and stuff like that...Admin and Netro for all their help to... this forum has been a place where alot of people have learnt alot of things... this information been handed out on this forum would cost u a lot of money if u were to go to contest gurus etc... this is probably one of the most awesome sources of information for the average steroid user to the fully fledged competitive athlete!!

Wow DJ, that's a massive weight drop considering how much you eating and injecting. You must be getting super-ripped! Must be awesome having Andrew Hudson as a trainer. I also have been getting some tips from Quentin Fong, which has helped me a great deal. Nothing beats advise from the pros hey.

white rice usually made me gain fat,or battle to loose fat whilst dieting,so i've never been able to eat it,i now am able to eat white rice as my body doesnt over secrete insulin after a meal of it.

Ok cool but how did you determine that insulin insensitive? And how is this a problem with your fat pattern storage?

Just got blood test results back. Insulin was double what it should be. Dying to know what you did to increase insulin sensitivity DJ! Please tell.

u guys are gonna laugh at what works....Cinnamon at 2.5g a day,Chromium Pylconate at 400mcg a day, then 500mg Alpha lipolic Acid twice a day(pre and post work out)

pump : No,its funny andrew just had chatted to the doc about me,as obviously i have met the doc at the Sa's as well as from the forum, and he says that my fat pattern storage is that of what someone who is genetically predisposed to Diabetes would suffer from, and funny enough my uncle is a type 2 diabetic... so we just tried out his protocol of Insulin sensitizers things and well with in the first week i was getting diabetes like symptoms, incredible thirst that just never seemed to be quenched and then it started to get less and less.now it just went to show how insensitive my body was to insulin, now that it is more sensitive i think that my own natural insulin secretion is less hence the reason i now am loosing fat in my stubborn areas that never seemed to go away...so yea it was trial and error and its been working for me...
