Wow much respect on your transformation DJ,that is some real dedication u had there.
Hopefully i can get there to with some hard work and good diet, already lost some 15kg but no its like hitting a brick wall. Haha il just have to train harder and eat beter.

that is excellent work dude. How long did it take you for that transformation. I'm assuming you no longer suffer with those love handles and moobs:) ?
