not too much these days champ....the club i used to play at got sold so i have taken a back seat really...i dont do the private function type of djing cos its a hack to play crap music and also carrying equipment makes me loose my sense of humor

Cool, thanks for the response. Just asking, cause i am DJing 3 nights a week (Thurs, Fri and Sat), and am battling to find the time to rest, for maximum muscle growth. I have put my training down from 5 days a week to 4, so that i can sleep on Fri Afternoons before work. I also have a normal job of 5 days a week. Trying to keep my protein intake high, and taking all the vitamins etc. Just wanted to know if you had some advice here, or if anyone has advice.

jo1 nothing of recent dude,i fell ill a couple months ago,then started suffering from over training and tendoitis in my elbows and lets just say that the diet went out the window when i was on my 6weeks off... i will do another 12week transformation for every one...
