Sum of the things I noticed was a metalic taste in the mouth after first 3-4 days; insatiable thirst for water; slow bowel movement

Barbell so far so good.m diet was done by DJ and he said no caffeine ,so no caffine it is.I also read some articles saying eca stack is good.but looking at keto ,why do u need a fat burner when the diet itself is major fat burner.
anyways im on day 2 and just started feeling the effects of glycogen depletion so just waiting to overcome that and i should be in ketosis
