Ye it does, but that's reality.... and exactly what you need to motivate you. It can be done, but patience is the key.

Starting points is simple - Burn more calories than what you eat.

You can but rather do eggs. Save chicken for later.

Why can't daddy have his chicken in the morning?? And mince?

Chicken is my friend. Lol
I eat 1.5kgs a day. Steamed 1 day, grilled the next.
@PBO head down and charge forward buddy and good luck. It's in a way hard but very easy if you are well disciplined.
Look forward to seeing your progress.

1.5 kg of chicken a day..! That's over 370 grams of protien alone. If your having shakes and other forms of protien I'd say your way over doing your protien and leaving very little Macros left in your diet for a good Carb/fat ratio

Hi PBO.

I am on the same road you are on when it comes to weight loss. This forum has helped me a great deal, but forget about any form of cycle at the moment.
Listen to everyone - read the diet stickys, stick to it - and you will see results, without a doubt.

When I started I also wanted to jump on cycle - so far I went from a 44 Jean size to a 36 by just following the correct diet. no need for gear yet.

Good luck man.

Hey PBO,leave the gear for later, a beginners cutting cycle will help, but not now, get your diet and training right and the results will come.

You have done great with your fatloss so far, keep going man ! Make them days count. You can do this bud

Give me the strength to forgive those who curl in the sqaut rack

The cutting cycle is not a fatloss cycle and you will gain nothing with a high bodyfat %.

Hi guys

Thanks for all the advise I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea I will only use gear once I am at the right weight and bf % . Just trying to prepare in advance for when that would be, just an update I am down to 92kg so bf is abit lower( I know not low enough) will prob only start a cycle when I am at least 85kg bt preferably closer to 80kg

Get to at least 80kg. The leaner you are when you start to build the Better! If your diet is dialed and you have finally learnt how your body works loosing a KG a week should be easy.
And you want to no how and what your body needs to cycle effetely.

Were are you on your journey at the moment? What are your starts?

Because that'll dictate our advice. Like if you have quite a high bf and are carrying little muscle at the moment I wouldn't worry about muscle Loss to much?!were as if your carrying a good amount of muscle are advise will be different.

In the end of the day the leaner the better and if you put your body into a bulk straight after a dieting faze you'll gain more as your body is primed to absorb.cals ,and if your gaining a kg or 2 of fat while bulking it'll mean shit.

Go big or go home...
