Beast mode isn't about weight or volume, but pushing every set until failure. Don't worry too much about counting reps. Just curl until your arms are screaming and you can't move them any more. Then take a short breather, without smsing your goose, and repeat.

Never tried to add a photo with tapatalk and let see if it works. Foto added is from early last year to now I weigh 105 kg with a estimated 15 % fat. Two years before that I weighed 127 kg with more than 40 % fat. As mentioned previously I want to do a bodybuilding show early 2019 at 46 years and I want to weigh a minimum of 115 kg with less than 10% fat. What would the forum suggest I do go on a one year bulking and just add whatever possible or rather go the three months bulking and leaning out cycle and monitor what my body do. I still have an slight problem with eating more than maintenance because I know how I look and felt and don't want to go that route again. On the substance abuse side I followed the experienced members advice and are on self subscribed TRT at 1 ml PGW test cyp a week. All bloods in order as tested couple of months ago except test levels.

Get to about 6% Body Fat.

So that you know what it takes to get there and see how you feel and look there so you have an idea how you would look on stage though some consider stage ready less than 6% body fat. Also do that so that have an idea of how to reverse diet out of that slowly up to maintenance and into a bulk. Then you want to bulk and get as heavy as possible but don't let your body fat get out of hand you want to start your prep for competition at no more than 15% body fat. That is what I know and have. I am sure some of the other guys can guide and add more.

How tall are you?

after reading this forum that is what i am doing now. going until failure and not afraid to pack on more weight. on my last set i drop to a lighter weight and push to failure again, then repeat another time with no breaks. it feels awesome and i think for the first time i am really experiencing the pump that i read about! My arms were really swollen to a point that my younger bro was shocked at the size... wish they could stay that way forever LOL

before i was in the usual 4 sets 12 reps routine. also didn't go too heavy on weights since i train alone with no spotter.

PS no phone with me. at least i had that part right all along :P

Once again would like to thank everyone for the input on this forum. in just a short time i feel and see major changes and i'm loving it! All thanks to alot that was learnt over here.

You have a good frame to start from and to carry some good mass.

If you go over maintenance add Growth Hormone or CJC or MK677 that should minimise body fat gain. Also get at least 8hours sleep a night

Growth hormone way too expensive for me and on peptides I am a complete novice. Did read the treads on the forum but so far it sounds not too good but will try it as a once off and see.

I wouldn't use GH to cut min body fat percentage, very expensive for that and a good period of time to run GH is 9 months with two steroid cycles - three months in the beginning - keep on the GH and three months towards the end of the 9 months. Very costly. Up the cardio or use a fat burner.

If budget is a concern MK677

You can run it for long the longer the better. You should get nutrition sorted if you are on a budget as the most of your growth and transformation is going to be fueled and dependent on calories.

I agree with Fillet on this if you're on a tight budget i would also up cardio and look into something like reverzine rather.

I'm not sure if you guys see the same pics I do :D

Triton is lean enough for a slow gain cycle, and has little need for fat burners considering his realistic goals. I'd even go as far as saying it is achievable naturally. He certainly has the frame to build on, as rooi bul indicated.

Triton my maat, jy lyk glad nie anoreksies nie B) You're also fortunate to not carry much evidence of age or the rapid fat loss. Rather spend your money on chicken, rice and broccoli than peps or GH.
