Triton is lean enough for a slow gain cycle, and has little need for fat burners considering his realistic goals. I'd even go as far as saying it is achievable naturally. He certainly has the frame to build on, as rooi bul indicated.
Triton my maat, jy lyk glad nie anoreksies nieYou're also fortunate to not carry much evidence of age or the rapid fat loss. Rather spend your money on chicken, rice and broccoli than peps or GH.

Eidolon wrote: I'm not sure if you guys see the same pics I do

Never tried to add a photo with tapatalk and let see if it works. Foto added is from early last year to now I weigh 105 kg with a estimated 15 % fat. Two years before that I weighed 127 kg with more than 40 % fat. As mentioned previously I want to do a bodybuilding show early 2019 at 46 years and I want to weigh a minimum of 115 kg with less than 10% fat. What would the forum suggest I do go on a one year bulking and just add whatever possible or rather go the three months bulking and leaning out cycle and monitor what my body do. I still have an slight problem with eating more than maintenance because I know how I look and felt and don't want to go that route again. On the substance abuse side I followed the experienced members advice and are on self subscribed TRT at 1 ml PGW test cyp a week. All bloods in order as tested couple of months ago except test levels.

Tren if he was competing in December, but for 2019 I'd go with a gentler poison like NPP :woohoo:
I agree that he'd look awesome once his lats push out and his traps pop.
@Triton - one thing us older guys have to be careful of is our obliques. If you seriously plan to get on stage, maybe consider wearing a velcro belt like Schiek during your workouts.

Not sure what you mean with obliques Is that to hurt them or growing too big I do use a belt for squats but nothing else.

It's to contain them. Most pros wear belts even when they do db bicep curls to keep their waists small. Obviously they have other factors in play, like force feeding and organ expansion, but your abs and obliques are involved in most moves. Most of the articles I've read suggest it does not harm to belt up - even on the treadmill.

Haha dink ook so ons is amper ewe lank en broek sizes dieselfde so sy mates is my "holy grail" eendag voor ek doodgaan. Met sy foto's wat hy al oor die jare gepos het kan ek onthou sy voorarm lyk soos my been.Rooi Bul 86 wrote: Kom Oups beloftes maak skuld Oom.

Thank you Rooi Bul will follow your advice and I have been following your progress also the past couple of months keep it up. All our novices on the forum must maybe set our goals officially on record with our target dates and we could support each other. Mine is to compete in a bodybuilding show in 2019 with a mass of 115 kg at <10% fat at age 46.Rooi Bul 86 wrote: Focus on Barbell bicep curls it works your biceps the best all round mass builder for biceps. For triceps skull crushers hands down just keep elbows in don't sacrifice form for weight.
Big triceps makes for big arms so work them just as hard if not harder than biceps. Like Eidolon said buy slim fit tight shirts
Also don't compare you're beginning to someone else especially a veterans middle
