Okes who leave the machines/bench drenched in sweat

To subdue another tribe, you must strike it once and for all. Total war, total subjugation to the paramount king and total destruction to anyone who raises even a whisper against him! Never leave an enemy behind or it will rise again to fly at your throat! There's no other way!

When a gym has too many members for its size...My VA is so crowed on Monday-Wednesday that their is a que of 2-4 people waiting for a machine or bench....We have a massive cardio section but the weight section is like a 1/3 of its size... :( Had to wait 15 min just to find a bench to start training last night.

How's this for a bowl of shit!

Today I found out that at my gym we are not allowed to bring water into the gym. We are only allowed to drink the mineral water that the gym sells @0.8€ for 500ml (almost R10). Dafuq!

Guys who dont wash properly, walks around smelling of cheese curls almost as if he completed number two and forgot to wipe but just pulled up his pants. Like a 7 yr old boy. Really, really disctracting.

Saw a guy doing an attempt at an assisted pull-up on a lat pull down machine. Basically set to max weight, and then he rests his knees on the seat pads and pulls himself up. Scrawny dude that lifts like a professional tennis player.

You see the weirdest shit at VA century city.

How about the incredible hulk (not all of the big guys but some of them) that gives you the death stare throughout your entire workout because he wants you to be intimidated. Feel like slamming a 20kg plate on his head while he is benching

Some fat Dude came in with what seemed to be a old penutbutter jar filled with chalk(most probably baby powder). He then chalked up and proceeded to do dumbbell bench press with the 10kg, left the weights and floor full of chalk.

Needless to say i wanted to push that jar up his behind.

I had a similar experience on Friday night, some old dude came In with a sa bodybuilding jacket, but an old school one, never seen him before, but he pranced around like he was some hero and tried to make a statement to all of us, all due respect if he was good in his day, but eventually he took off his jacked (must of thought he had a decent enough pump) , had a thin vest on, and he looked like shit, it was rude, but I actually laughed in his face, as did a few others. After my set he moved and trained by the circuit side haha,

I respect a guy with a decent body who doesn't show off, who is modest, he will get my vote, compared to these guys who think they some aesthetic god who wear next to nothing and look like an aids orphan....

Haha rant over

ha ha ha ok my story time. theres a guy at my gym. huuuge upper body. easily 20+ inch arms. This dude cant stop staring in the mirror. i mean constantly..

ive never seen this dude trains leg once, not even a leg extension. the other day i saw him doing squats for the 1st time. 2x 15kg plates, one each side, that was his max. even his form was shocking. he hardly bent his knees, they were more like little 'ass ups' than squats..

right there and then i figured out why i never see him in shorts

If want to piss me the fuck off in a gym, pull moves like this. I've never more attitude and vests in one gym than at my gym. Its these little 17/18 yr old crowd and they think they're befok and still have the nerve to stare. I go tilt.
