ok well i have enough to run 40mg a day for the next 3weeks. and i will still order more to finish up my 12week plan as i will run short by 14days...i will the how ever keep on running it post 12week trial at 20mg daily to see what maintaince results it will produce...

Edit: Just skimmed through the link. Seems he has reason to believe his stuff might be underdosed as his supplier has a dodgy rep.

That kind of blows any conclusions one might make of his dosage out of the water.

Cheers for that link MuscleAddict. That guy deserves a medal though, doing great work for underground research.

Is there any evidence when is the best time to dose GW, and fasted or fed? I know some compounds and supplements work better (or perhaps only) when you dose correctly.

Sorry for not posting here for a while guys/girls/unsure ppl!

I'm on 25th day of using GW-501516. For those that didn't keep up with my last post - I used 10mg a day. It was the LP brand. My diet wasn't that good - but now im motivated to stick to high protein/low carb eating.

As far as fatloss goes, I got really awesome endurance which in turn assisted me to lose fat. After 3 weeks I lost 2cm per thigh, 1.5cm off my waist, my biceps have grown by 1cm each and 0.5cm growth on my calves. This isn't a miracle fat loss product. It gives you the ability to work out longer and burn off more fat without getting tired too quickly. My rest time between sets were much shorter.

My incline rack leg press was as follows on Friday : 1st set - 240kg @ 12 reps, 2nd set - 280kg @ 10 reps, 3rd set - 320kg @ 10 reps and 4th set - 350kg @ 10 reps. Previously I should start at 120kg and finish around 210kg. I'm hoping to get to 400 kg by end of this week.

I'm going to stop GW-501516 at the end of this week and see if I still have that kind of endurance and drive. Will let you guys know!

Well been on 20mg for 10 days now. Haven't changed my diet and haven't weighed myself so all as I can say is that my endurance is through the roof compared to where it normally is.
On Sunday's I normally go mountain biking and do the easier routes and after about 25km I'm finished, unfortunatly i am a smoker and have never been in love with cardio.
Today I did 35km on a much harder route than normal and honestly could have carried on going.

Go big or go home...

Good to hear that it helps you on the bike Ian! I am slowly but surely building up my cycling fitness. Maybe next year i will start racing again but on a more chilled level. I will try this as soon as i am bikefit and see how it influences my endurence. Thanks for this info ;)

@Ontong - I'm not a weightlifter or bodybuilder. I'm just a guy that wants to look good and be strong and not die early from being unhealthy. I've got alot of bodyfat due to years of not gyming and eating all wrong. Never too late to change!!!

yea i upped the dose... no major fireworks...i will let u know when i am done the full 12 weeks and then we can see how the results have been... i have got before pics, i will post up picks after a full 16 weeks...just before christmas i recon...i will throw in what my training was like, and sort've what my diet has been like...

I understand it's half-life is 24-25hours, so no need to split I guess. I'm also wondering when to take it, for the benefit of the doubt I take 10mg on waking and 10mg after breakfast.

So far I have gone up on every single lift, on a calorie deficient mind you, with it.

OK so I have upped my dosage to 20mg,
Endurance wise I have noticed a major improvement week on week.
so far each week in succession I have been able to run 1km faster on the treadmill
Last year with the same training and eating habits my legs got way smaller and and weaker from road cycling, but this year my legs have grown and become stronger than they were before I started training for the 94.7 cycle chalange.

I dropped 2% bf with carb intense weekends.
GW makes carbloading way more effective, for you will know when you have enough carbs.

Just as an indication last year I did the race in 4h06min( and I was almost dead) yesterday I did the same distance in 3h29min with 3 weeks less training than last year and still felt good enough to do another 10km+.


One of my rats just wants to take GW because it makes them way more regular and they no longer suffer from piles.
GW makes carbloading way more effective, for you will know when you have enough carbs.

88kg! You big for a cyclist. How tall are you. When i still raced allot i use to gym in off season and get up to 80kg and then dropped back down to 72kg during racing season.

So you definately feel a difference on the bike?

Im planing on going up to 50mg a day.

With keto you cant push your self when doing cardio, i was thinking with GW-50 you can push a little harder with out the muscle loss?

Thanks, will a carb cycle do? Planing on uping the cardio first thing in the morning.

Have really hit a brick wall with droping the fat. Will it be beter to up the calories with the extra cardio, and then start droping it with time with GW-50?

Im at about 2300 calories a day, (and i think its all ready to low) just scared if i drop it to low my body will start eating into the muscle...

Was thinking to up the cardio with added calories so that my body can speed up and then drop the calories with the same cardio.

That's just retarded. Looks like you haven't read up on GW at all. It work with carbs, making you perform better, but still have the fat-loss effects of exercises without carbs (or even fasted). You're wasting the potential of GW if you take it without carbs and your workout will suffer.

If you are loosing muscle on keto you need to re-examine your protein count and probably your total calories as well. Assuming it's not your first couple of days on keto, you should be feeling ok. If your workouts suck on keto you might be getting in carbs from sneaky sources or perhaps just not paying enough attention to what you eat.
