If you are loosing muscle on keto you need to re-examine your protein count and probably your total calories as well. Assuming it's not your first couple of days on keto, you should be feeling ok. If your workouts suck on keto you might be getting in carbs from sneaky sources or perhaps just not paying enough attention to what you eat.

You will be losing muscle on any calorie deficit diet, im sure.
But ill be dropping my calories as DJ told me. With the GW-501516 ill hold back for a little till i hit the carbs, was just thinking GW-501516 will save some extra muscle along the way.
All ready lost 22kg to date with the keto diet. So was thinking my metabolism has crashed and burned, thats why i wanted to up cardio with extra calories then start dropping the calories... Not sure if that will boost up my metabolism.

Depending how your carb-ups are going maybe consider taking a break of a week where you eat strict maintenance, then carry on with keto. Or perhaps extend it to 2, take GW to regain strength and performance.
Damn I miss the fats of keto...

88kg! You big for a cyclist. How tall are you. When i still raced allot i use to gym in off season and get up to 80kg and then dropped back down to 72kg during racing season.
So you definately feel a difference on the bike?

Well that seals it. I'm taking a two week break from clen and yohimbe from the end of this month and will take GW-501516 for the rest of December.
Has anyone here stacked it with clen and/or yohimbe?
