Possibly placebo but I don't used a stimulant based preworkout and train at 5 am. I definitely felt I could keep going longer than usual and pushing harder than usual towards the end of my session!!!

I usually did 20mg at 0900, fasted, trained at 1200. From what I remember timing doesn't make a noticeable difference. But maybe there's more recent findings I'm not aware of?Demolish wrote: how are you guys timing the dose? does it matter? sorry if it has been covered already

My research suggests that you would notice a difference in endurance from first use. Taken 30 - 60 minutes before training. Open to my experience being placebo but as I say, I train 5 am every morning without a stimulant base preworkout so I'm pretty in tune with my energy levels and how far I can push. I took it at 04h30 with water on waking and started training 05h15. Will report back over the next 2 weeks on continued experience of hightened endurance or not.PsyCLown wrote:

I took mine yesterday around lunch time and when I trained at 6.30 PM I felt no difference.
Let's see today, although does it really get to work that quickly? I think it might be placebo

im also interested in running the GW for at least 90 days.
i see MA mentioned this a few posts back
"The theory is that GW501516 increases the risk for cancer in rodents due to high expression of these COX-2 enzymes. So taking a COX-2 inhibitor such as tribulus or even aspirin should counter that to some extent."
should i add something like this while on the GW or not?

Trib is my choice, aspirin should not be used chronically. It's judge on of those things: you take oral steroids you automatically use liver support, you take GW you automatically take Trib.Garth89 wrote: hi guys,

Sorry mate. I can remember GW is the only performance enhancer I've taken that gave me zero side effects.IronKobra767 wrote: Hi all. Has anyone experienced any headaches as a potential side effect? My girlfriend and I are both experiencing regular headaches and the only thing that's really changed is the addition of GW into our supplement stack.

That's what I'm hoping to hear bud. It's possible it's just the change of season. Thought I'd at least check in with the other members.Furk wrote:
