Ja please give us feedback Northboy. I didn't lift for a long time and only started again about a month ago. So at this stage I'm taking all the lekker supps and I started with the Maximal pak we received last week Thursday so it is a week today.

Honestly at this stage I'm on top of the world, feeling like a king. The first day I took the Maximal Pak capsules I had a hot flush on my arms, the second day I had it on my legs- like a niacin flush. But that is gone now and I don't get it anymore.

We are still waiting for the Doc to give us the suggested serving size for women. The nice thing now is your dosage may up or down according to the amount of caps you take- so a serving sachet for men with a11 caps can be halved or so for women or teens- but I will confirm the correct dosage once I get the info from the Doc.

Janet tried half a pak and she was on fire from the Niacin flush. So maybe half is still too much for a lady. She didn't try it again so maybe her 3rd time would also be fine.

That is the only thing that concerns me at this stage- the niacin flush I had the first two days. I never had that from Animal Pak. I will receive the breakdown in ingredients from the lab tomorrow. But it is supposed to be the exact same thing.

But I also know this lab don't use China ingredients. They are very prominent on using high quality ingredients only.

Tomorrow I will take two packs and report back- one before training and one after. Just to check you know...

The other sure sign I wanted was the Pak piss... And it was also very prominent in the first two days. Now it is still there but not that neon sharp in color. It is like I am absorbing more. But I do train harder, much harder from last week Thursday Not sure how much of this is actual and how much of it is in my head :lol:

I also know the Digestive enzyme complex was the most expensive ingredient of this batch, so it might be that the digestive enzymes increases your absorption rate over time? That is also a question which the Doc will answer for me tomorrow.

PS: My energy levels are definitely up. I sleep good and I'm up earlier :woohoo:

But then again, I'm not saying it is the Maximal. I'm on a happy place now. Maybe it is the combo of everything I take combined with the adrenalin of being back in gym, or maybe it is the Maximal.

We will hear back from Northboy and from the other guys on here once their orders are starting to go out.

And please give us honest feedback bud. You know how we feel about quality. We are not in the qty game.

Feedback on MaximalPak maybe not what you expected. Took the 11 caps Friday and Saturday morning before training (you got to know your swallow :sick: ). I honestly did not feel any other feeling than the rising of temperature during training (due to FFF). No hot flushes or Niacin tingle on skin.
Could it possibly be the fact that I am currently using 3F and Anavar?

Thanks for the feedback Northboy. I'm sort of glad you didn't get the niacin flush as that is not the result we want from the product. Remember we have no under the counter ingredients in there so you are not supposed to feel anything when you take your pak other than a clearer or more focused mind, speedy recovery and uplifted spirit and energy. It works more behind the scenes so to speak

Northboy- I also think you should get off the Maximal first while you are on FFF. I have read over the weekend on the FFF thread and on Doctari's review that you are not supposed to use any other multi vit, herbs or fat burner while on FFF. What color was your urine?

On my feedback: I took one maximal pak Friday morning on an empty stomach upon wakening. And then another after training. I have had no rush or hot flush again other than the first two days. My 2nd pak for Friday only lead to a neon yellow color urine. I believe two paks are too much or an overkill. Or just plain wastage.

The only way other than the faster recovery, feel good, energized and uplifted spirit to see how much you utilize of your pak is to check the color of your urine. We all know that excess vitamins and minerals that are not being utilized by our bodies are being discharged in our urine with a identifying sharp yellow color.

My experience over the last 1.5 weeks with Maximal Pak lead me to the following conclusion on Friday.

I will not take Maximal Pak first thing in the morning as my first pee after that is bright yellow. I believe the reason for this is because of an overload of vitamins and minerals for which there might not be a demand yet that time of the morning. I train early morning. If I take the Maximal pak after my training in the 20 - 30 minutes bracket that falls in to the metabolic window my urine color stays white, which means a better absorption rate. (Look buds I'm no doc or studied professional so I try and test and note my results. I'm using the school of life. It might be different for everybody)

I'm still trying to get the Halaal certificates and final certificate of analysis from the lab. Hopefully I will have it by the end of today and post it for your perusal.

Your urine is like that from vitamin B12. It's completely normal and nothing to be concerned about. The body can only absorb a small amount at a time.

Hi Furk

Thanks for the post. Our Peanut butter is 100% natural. With all commercial brands they add preservatives, extra oil, salt, other mixing additives that keeps the product constant and I don't know what else.

Ours is just the peanuts that are crushed. You'll see if it stands for some time it will form oil on the top. Just be sure to mix that in to your peanut butter again or the last part will be very hard and dry.

This is the only product for which we don't have Certificates of Analysis. The following info I took from other natural products, although I' still not sure if they are as "natural" as ours. I don't think the calories will be as high as stated. But it is possible because of all the Peanut oil

1 Tablespoon (around 16 grams) should render in the region of 100 calories with around 5 – 7 grams of protein.

@Ondier: Thanks for the quick reply mate. Yeah I've found most natural peanut butters are really dry ("speadability" is important for me lol) and tasteless. Those are really low calories for 1 tablespoon - which is pretty cool.

Firstly thank you for supplying us with quality local products especially the BSSA whey protein concentrate range.

I recently ordered some whey concentrate and used the eft options on your site. Now there are two courier options. Post office and Fastway.

Now the amount charged for the post office service is it for speed service or for the normal slow post office service?

Reason i am asking this is, I still havent received my package and tracked the parcel online its still in PTA. Also from the tracking number alone I was informed at the post office that you guys used the slower post office courier service which is way cheaper than the one i got charged for on your site for the faster speed services which has a max of 1.5kg worth of goods attached to and that i paid for on your site.

May you please shed some light onto this sir.
