With a fat markup I assume? Their gym is R1000 a month to just use the facilities 3x a week so I'd think their clients wouldn't mind paying extra. But the equipment and setup at Evo is top notch.Rhino wrote: Evo fitnes I think they are in Claremont.

Very excited about the possibility of Green Tea Extract and Caffeine powder!
Please make sure that the green tea is very high in catechins. If possible you should think about stocking Quercetin along with the Green Tea Extract. The problem with Green Tea Extract is the bio availability is very low. Quercetin greatly increases the bio availability of green tea catechins.

Didn't know they had leucine that's great congrats bud! Yes bud green tea catechins are absolutely amazing and the more the merrier. The higher the dose the better the effects and it has been shown as safe even at rediculous dosages. The only problem is the bio availability.

Hey MikeM..
Okay, so I bought the pea protein from BSSA. Just as an alternative protein source > I'm not allergic to any other proteins, gluten etc..
The pea protein is more difficult to mix if you only using a shaker. It mixes perfectly in the blender though.
It's cheap and an excellent source of a 'non dairy' whey isolate. I can handle the taste.. But differs from person to person.
If I was allergic to whey, I'd choice this source for sure! Thumbs up! Give it a try, you won't be sorry!
Hope this helps you bru!
wait till u finish about 3 kg then we talk

Bru, I bought it last year in Oct I think. I still have half a the packet left >> Need I say more..
Totally with you on that one bru!
But I think it's the mixing of it that bothers me. It swells up too much. It's similar to Casein Protein to me. Casein is a bitch to mix. So I never buy it. I'd rather have a tub of fat free cottage cheese before bed.
