Thanks for the order and the support. Yes the site sends out an automated email when we receive payment and when we ship stock.

I see your payment is received but we are awaiting stock on our proteins.

Let me use this opportunity to update all of you on BSSA's current status

***Update*****
We had a huge influx of orders since we started the exhibitions at the IFBB, RHINO Powerlifting and NABBA shows and we struggled to get our stock levels back on par.

We received huge deliveries this week of all stock except the proteins which is expected any day now.

We have a couple of backlogs that we are trying to clear this week. We have been under tremendous strain over the last couple of weeks with all the new orders and communication that needed attention. We had to employ another helper to assist with our shipping.

We did not expect the feedback and the amount of orders that were received after the shows and were totally unprepared for it.

But we see it as growing pains and our obstacles will be used as stepping stones to the top.

The good news is we learn from our mistakes and our stock levels will be ready and prepared for our next shows within the next 1 - 2 weeks.

More good news is we secured our place at the Amateur Olympia in October at Carnival City.

I will send you a mail and update you tomorrow again regarding your delivery.

Any queries guys please mail me directly - we are a day or two behind on answering all mails but if you mail me and not sales I will give your mail the attention it deserves right away

Our label for Vitargo was finally approved and accepted by the Swedish supplier. And our first batch arrived. You can get your 1.5kg Swedish imported Vitargo here . We will be able to ship from Tuesday next week.

Yes no problem bud When you check out on the site you may choose between EFT or Credit Card payment, and on the shipping side between Collection from store, Post Office or Courier.

If you choose EFT you may do a direct deposit afterwards

January is our busiest month with all the new year's resolutions and Janet are working 24 hours to answer mails and getting orders out.

I am about to place an order.

I no we are only supposed to sing BSSA's praise here but Fuck that. I placed a big order more than 2 weeks ago paying straight away and they still haven't shipped my order wich is worth more than a couple of grand.
Every time I try and give them the benefit of the doubt I get jerked around. The only feed back I received was basically thanks for your order but we are out of ISO and BCAAS

Why don't they say on there site out of stock instead of sending you an invoice? They are trying to sponsor things like the Arnold and grow but can't even service there existing repeatedly let down clients.. :blink:

Nope, brown nosing not mandatory. Why did you make use of them again? Just for support? There are other feasible options for small local distributors of raw products. Geez, times like these I wish members could contact each other. I would totally hook you guys up.

In the future, maybe consider Basic, Supplementfactory, or Lion. Hope you come right mate.
