What do you guys spend?

Also everytime you get bigger you have to eat more...

FIIIet, yeah my bru. I'm gonna second you on this one. I'm spending that for two. R1200 at PNP and R700 at Woolworths per week. And supplements and Vits amount to between R3500 and R5000/ month. So my food and sups is around R12 000.00/m. I see it as a long term investment to having a healthy and long life. And how much cash are people not dedicated to this life, spending on cigarettes, coke, junk food and alcohol etc.. Best investment I have ever made, in my opinion.

@Muscleaddict
Thanks again MA. This is not easy to understand properly. But you really make it a bit more easy to try and comprehend.
Each day is indeed another learning day.
But from my still amateur perspective I can easily see that PCT is where a lot of newbies fall short and fuck up all their gains. So thank you for taking the time with my endless questions bro.

@Fillet
@RonTheSaveg

I live by myself, and spend the odd few nights a week at my chicks place.
And I am spending probably 6 grand a month on solid food for myself.
Add this to the cost of my supplements, the monthly costs of my cycle and the cost of gym, I average about 12k a month on my body as well.
I save a lot after I cut out some of the kak like the expensive booze and meals and take aways, but in all honesty I don't know if I could go this big if I had a kid I had to support.

Today I will do what I never thought possible!

Hi guys,

Quick update to everyone following my thread:

[1] Two test prop pins into my bridge and it finally happened. I woke up at 2am this morning with a serious piece of furniture. The first time in 21 days. Not much quantity but at least it happened.
Ron lets hope you right about the prop sorting out my ED bro. The last two weeks have sucked. And not in a good way.
Rhino can we officially say the Var is not the cause of the ED then?

[2] After 15 weeks of deca and test enanthate, I can safely say I am not too gyno prone.
However I must say that two pins of Test Prop and both my nips are quite itchy today. I'm sure it will sort itself out. No reason to pop a femara hey?

Off to gym. Have a great day guys!

Nate

Did you not run test for 2 weeks longer than the deca?

Hi Fakey,

I have been running Dostinex throughout cycle for the deca, and have a letro (Femara) on standby in case of possible gyno. But I havent had to use it at all.
U have also been taking HCG through cycle and bridge.

Warm Regards,

Nate

Haha, it was not actually. But its a pretty decent prop. No sideys as of yet.

Had my third bridge pin this morning. I was so tired after gyming yesterday, that I almost stuck the needle in the wrong place bru. Haha

Started my bulk cycle yesterday, was very interesting having to pin for the 1st time, took a while trying to figure it all out.

I'm forever using an AI but so you get to know your body. Trail and error

Hahaha, okay. :lol:
Just also remember Nate, if you did get sides it's not to say the test you are using is dodgy and thats why you get sides. Testosterone that's not made in a UGL would give you the same sides. ;)

I'd say erectile dysfunction or zero libido is a pretty bad side effect. You might not have had that issue if you used a low dose AI.

Good to hear you pinned the first time mate. Its the start of a long journey. Is it a bit sore?

The key to pinning is to make sure the area is clean my bru. A bit of rubbing alcohol will do the trick.

Wishing you all the best dude,

Nate

@Muscleaddict
Thanks MA. I agree. I think for the next cycle I should definitely consider an AI during cycle. There a particular AI you recommend from your experience my friend?

Between a caber, an HCG, a letro and an AI, it starts getting confusing.

I am keen to start a mini encyclopedia on each type of compound which guys on here can update until we have all the relevant details on a particular compound. We can then apply all the important info into a standardised table and post an article on each thing. Mostly for newbies and revision before a cycle. What you think MA?

@RonTheSaveg
A UGL? Sorry my bro I suck with the abbreviations

@Fakey_AK
Yes I think everybodies bod reacts differently to certain compounds. I think because I have always been really thin when I was running, is the reason gyno is probably not an issue for me.
I would consider crying nipples to have the kind of huge pectorals you have though bro.

Nah being skinny can't be the reason, I use to be a skinny 50kg something metalhead :silly:

Small tip for your next 19 nor cycle, most of the time if you control estrogen it lowers the chances of progesterone/prolactin sides to rear its ugly head. Mostly but not always.

Another quick update:

My bridge seems to be going fine. As mentioned since the Test Prop pins my ED seems to be much better. Quantity is virtually zero but I have been told clomid will sort that out come PCT.

My itchy nips are better this morning again. I have realised it only gets itchy the day after I spike the HCG.

Last two things: I am very tired the last two days and a little achy. Going to take two days break from the gym. I went yesterday and just sat there. I realised my old bod was at the limit.

The other thing is my mood is at its worst since I started my cycle. Really bad argument with my chick resulted in me sleeping in the spareroom. Even my dreams have been nasty, waking me up. Bit scary.
Having to tell myself to think before I open my mouth now. Almost feels like I am in a haze.
I find myself driving in the left lane of the highway.

Anyway that's about it. Have a great day guys!

Another update:

Need some advice guys. A week into bridge I am sweating profusely during the night.
Have been wearing a t-shirt to prevent the sheets from getting soaked. But last night I actually replaced the t-shirt 3 times.
And my mood has got to the point where I am scared to pick up the phone.
I actually took the day off work today which i never do.

Considering I was relatively fine through a 15-week deca cycle mood wise, it has to be one of the things I am taking during my bridge:
* Test Prop
* Anavar
* HCG
* Proviron

None of us on here are whiners but guys I gotta tell you it is gonna be difficult to survive another day and night like I had yesterday. Hectic. Any advice from the pro's?

Warm Regards,

Nate

Take a chill pill :silly:

But it's all about self control, thinking before you act. Sounds to me like your body has either had enough or you have a hormone imbalance which will also cause mood swings.

Are you using an AI yet?

As for the sweating, you screwed. I change my shirt 2-3 a night and have been doing so for almost 2 months. My wife packs pillows between us so I don't wet her side of the bed.

So maybe drop dosages or move out or meditate or find a stress reliever and kicking the dog doesn't count.
