Hi guys,

Just an update as promised.

Approaching the last week of my first 15-week deca cycle. Up over 10kg overall. For an old man it has gone spectacularly well.

The only sides have been a few bad mood days and the fact that despite taking dostinex and pregnyl, my libido has vanished completely. Have not had an erection or orgasm in two weeks now. I just hope PCT sorts it out.

Just to confirm my extended bridge and PCT for the Forum:

54-day bridge
[1] Injecting 150mg Test Prop EOD for first 40 days
[2] 60mg Anavar daily
[3] 0,5mg dostinex every 5 days
[4] 375IU's of HCG twice a week
[5] 2x Proviron daily

37-day PCT
[1] 2x 20mg Clomid for first 7 days
[2] Then 1x Nolvadex for 30 days
[3] Plus 1x Aromasin for 30 days

Sound right?

Hope you well. Maybe a longer clomid run is a good idea due to my tackle issues.
Want to do proper Bridge and PCT.

So revised 44-day PCT then:
[1] 50mg Clomid daily for 14 days.
[2] Then 20mg Nolvadex daily for 30 days
[3] Along with 20mg Aromasin daily for 30 days

Sound better?

Is 100mg Clomid daily for first 14 days of PCT too much? Negatives?

Nate, read this article I put together. It covers a some questions you had the other day.

Wait another week before starting PCT. Aromasin is used in PCT mostly to combat the estrogen increase caused by HCG, but yes also the serms, so you can reduce it to 1 Aromasin EOD for the duration of your PCT.

Run the clomid at 50mg a day for 2 weeks then start the nolvadex @20mg for 30 days.

Start aromasin 16 days before you start the clomid, then the 30 caps will last you until you end of PCT if taken EOD.

I like what you have done with the Aromasin MA, i will do that with my PCT.

Nate, well done bru! Really good gains! And for such a short gym history, you can pat yourself on the back > that's if you can! :lol:

Guys can anyone [perhaps MA?] comment on why Nate has lost libido at this stage of the cycle? And he's taken the prolactin meds. Can this happen with a Deca cycle? Surly the prop in his bridge will sort this out?
I'm running Deca now, as some of you know. I jus wanna avoid this at all costs. Thanks guys.

@ Nate - Bru, just a heads up for you and maybe this will help you. During my PCT when my libido is really low I force myself to do the deed, even if I'm not at all in the mood. This really helps me a great deal with recovery. Maybe you should try that. Might help you bru! I just feel it's in the mind as well, so I kinda trick my mind into thinking my libido is all good! Hope this makes sense to you bru!

Ye it was all good on the NPP but on bridge even with prop and Prov my labido went to shit. Like you say we are all different. That's why I'm going to be running Masteron with the Var this time round.

+1 on your results. No comment on the ED, I am generally okay with wood.

10kg = nice.. proves u far from old ...havent read your entire post but u have Deca dick ? are u not running test with the Deca ? Test u run 2 weeks longer .. also the bridge is 45 days not 54 there is another article in the articles sect that refers..however if u going to do a long bridge it wont matter ...

Thanks Fillet. I appreciate that. Not sure whats happening with the ED but trying to be positive. Other then that and some serious mood swings, the first cycle could not have gone better bro. No serious water retention, no acne, no site pain, no issues with injections, no joint pain, no injuries, no illness.

In terms of forcing myself to do the deed, I wish I could mate. I seriously have no reaction to anything at the moment. My relationship taking strain too but she knows I am on a cycle so she is trying to be understanding. But it seriously bites. I hope the Test Prop bridge will sort me out too. Will keep you updated.

Rhino I think you may have hit this on the head (No pun intended). Maybe it is the Var that is causing it. I have been running it for longer as you know at 60mg a day.
The Var is giving my old muscles extreme vascularity and the strength kick it gives me cannot be denied.
But having taken Dostinex and HCG, it cannot be deca dick surely. It must be the Var. Solutions?
You mention you going to take Masteron with the Var for your new cycle? Masteron's effects? Is this in addition to Proviron?
I am just feeling that between the test enanthate, the deca, the var, the proviron, the dostinex and the HCG. Maybe its simply that I'm putting too much stuff in my body?

Your test E and Deca both PGW Nate ?

No I'll be using Mas instead of Prov. To be honest I find very little benefit from Prov, it helps my sex drive in the beginning but after a couple of weeks it goes.
But like you said you've been on a shit house if different compounds for a first cycle so just hang in there. My sex drive also went to shit while running npp and var even though in was running caber. And also on a prop/var cycle so var was the common denominator for me.
Give those pomp pulled of Fillet(the love doctor :lol: a go they really do work if you have to keep the Mrs happy.
